An MLS website pushed me to this Realtly Store website when I was searching for homes. The site said for $1.00 they would send me info on foreclosures. So I gave them my credit card. Next thing I know, they billed my credit card $49.60! Just under the amount that requires a signature I guess. Looks like I'm not the only one. What a bunch of lying thieves. Well, you cant live that way for long before you end up burning in hell, so, good luck to all you thieves at Realty Store. You'll cross the wrong person. Here is the transaction on my credit card "REALTYSTORE8666758069 [protected] CA $49.60". Do you notice the phone number? They don't answer. I cancelled my credit card so they can't charge any more to my card. What a world.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
HAVE NOT HEARD OF THIS COMPANY, CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY TOOK 49.60 OUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!
They took money out of my account after I canceled. When I called they said that I had to fill out a form and mail it back to them before my account could be credited back. As of today I am still going through the same thing trying to get them to put the money back on my account. Word to the wise, do not use this company

I just became aware of this post. The first thing I did was test our Customer Service line [protected]). It took me exactly 1min 37 seconds to get a live person on the phone.
So the claim that “they don’t answer” is false.
We treat all complaints seriously as we strive to have only satisfied customers. But we can’t do our job of addressing your concerns if you don’t give us a chance.

Incidentally, our site terms and promotional materials state clearly that our service costs $49.60 a month, so I’m not sure I understand the nature of your complaint.

The only way we can or would charge any fees to a credit card is through a valid registration process on our website. SOMEONE in your household signed up for our monthly service. Either that, or someone with YOUR credit card, using YOUR name and with access to YOUR email address signed up for our service, so please check with members of your household.

Realtystore.com is nothing but a gang of crooks. If you think for a second that your customer service line allows you to reach a live agent you're delusional. The recording that comes on says that your store is closed and to call back during noraml business hours which is between 7am-7pm p/t yet I'm calling 12pm e/t. I can't cancel if I have no username and password for the e-mail address I used to set up because I didn't set an account up. I agree, this business isn't anything at all but a bunch of crooks, schemers, just dirty people.
i have been scamed by realty store they caused a huge lump sum taken off of my checking account i however did not give anyone permission to collect money off of my account i would truly like my money put back into my checking account
