Receivables Management Partners CMRW has rude n unprofessional customer ***

CMRW has rude n unprofessional customer ***. Tried to explain the situation n told them I had already cleared my outstanding balance with their client, but they refused to listen. Instead they kept demanding answers from me, n hung up on me without any notice.I asked them before calling me again, again , and again, please update their info before we both wasting our time on harass calls, but they simply did not want to check their database. How can they run their business without update information, and waste everyone's time?

Received a call from this business. I have no debts that are in collection. This caller should not have been calling me at all.

I've had a mark on my credit report since 2016 with a zero balance the entire time. It would be cool if after you get your money, that you stop messing up people's credit. You would think at least...

This is absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I called and settled an account with them. I wrote down the File/Account number, the exact amount I paid, along with the representative's name that took the call. The representative that I spoke with during this particular encounter was very rude. I called back and left a complaint. Now, they are REFUSING to report my account as paid to the credit bureaus and are reporting that my account is still open and late as of this month. I have a bank statement PROVING that I paid my account. Just because some of your representatives have horrible customer service doesn't mean they get to manipulate people's accounts. I will be finding out how to report this."

I contacted the company LLC to discuss four accounts appearing on my credit report. I requested they send proof of the alleged debts to my recorded address, but they were unable to locate any such accounts. Despite having the account numbers that are adversely affecting my credit score, they seem unable to trace these accounts. They also mentioned that the caller ID associated with my phone number, which I've had for over two decades, was registered under a man's name I do not recognize. Although mistaken identity is not rare these days, I am quite certain of my identity, especially given my distinctly feminine voice. They suggested they could determine the amount I supposedly owe if I provided my full name, social security number, home address, date of birth, and email address. When I informed them of my rights to privacy and protection, they insisted that without this information, they could not proceed with any inquiries. As a result, there are derogatory marks on my credit report for debts they cannot even identify, leaving me unable to resolve or settle these issues.

I have 6 accounts from them that are absolutely destroying my credit score. I have tried looking up the account #s on their page to pay any due balance; however, it says there are no accounts with them numbers. I would like all inactive accounts to be taken off of my credit report, as I only have 2 other accounts on my credit score unpaid and I do need my credit score to reflect my actual credit.

This "company" is appalling and dishonest in the way the refuse to communicate. Their automated system makes a claim, threatening your credit history if you do not pay it immediately, then when you call they refuse to listen to a single word and immediately hang up on you after telling you how to log in to their website. I managed to pay them on their website and returned to the agency that used them to collect, only being ignored by them to dispute this invalid charge in a way (hopefully) that doesn't reflect on my credit report. I have no idea how to resolve these charges which are open thievery.

I allegiance and spoke yo a lady name Linda here in Indiana. Not once did she let me speak and was speaking over me. Wouldn't listen to what I had yo say, so I ended up hanging up on her. Of course I'm at work and I harassed for the fact that she could have called me back at my number. But she called my work where we choose phones are answered on speaker. Coworker started asking why a toll free number (Linda) called my Job. If she was not listening to anything or had no interest in helping me resolve this matter why did she had to call my job. And I be embarrassed to respond to my coworkers who was calling.

Too bad I couldn't give them a zero stars. I once paid off a legitimate bill that I owed for $150. They said everything was clear back then( about a year ago). I have since then not gone to my doctor's or, specifically the hospital. Today, out of the blue, they're calling about some bill I owe. Because of the various programs that I have to pay my bills( I am on SSDI disability), sometimes the hospital puts an account into delinquency before everyone pays, but they do pay. The hospital system says I have no outstanding balances. Yet, they evidently have purchased an old "debt" and are trying to wring out some money from it, even though everything is now paid. I will be contesting this "debt" of course, as I have done in the past with these jerks. The problem is , with them, that they only purchase the debt and don't acquire the originating paperwork. They can't. The hospital system often trashes the original paperwork after they initially process the paperwork. Even if they don't, the hospitals don't provide the original paperwork with the "purchased" debt packages. When it comes to court, they must provide the originating paperwork for the debt to be valid in court. Remember that if they come after you!

I made 2 payments with CMRE which was confirmed received in October , so that accounts on my credit report could be removed. I called them today because I see that there is another account from them on my report, so I call for the account number, only to be told that they refunded the 2 payments that I made prior because they could not locate the account number to apply the payment towards. Never did they ever advise me, including in writing, that they reversed the payments, yet they're quick to send invoices for collections and place accounts in collections, though I'd done my part to remove them. Absolutely horrid!

Receivables Management Partners Unanticipated medical bill impact on credit score during pandemic

I had no idea that a small portion of a medical bill could impact my credit score so significantly—dropping it by over 30 points during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was no call or notice before the collection report affected my credit. The customer service representative was rude and uninformed, unable to provide details on the $163 owed. I settled the amount with a promise of its removal from my credit report, yet the damage to my score persists, and I'm skeptical about its reversal. Dealing with this unethical and unprofessional finance company was regrettable. Their conduct was simply unacceptable.

Receivables Management Partners Their self-pay division (aka HRMG) is incompetent, and their customer service representatives lie

Their self-pay division (aka HRMG) is incompetent, and their customer service representatives lie. I work in medical billing and was being charged incorrectly. The representative called to get a copy of the *** but didn't document the call because he "is not allowed to call the insurance company" (the call was documented with my insurance company). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was assured that someone would call me back. The representative never documented my request. The supervisor was dismissive and rude. As it so happens, I work for the hospital that employees them as a vendor, and now I understand why our customers are angry.

The cost and misery of needing to go to the *** was made worse by the harassment and lack of service from this horrible company. I called them many times, I wrote them an email (with read receipt request). I received message that my email was deleted without EV*** being read. My calls were not returned and when I was put on hold they hung up the phone because I did not. The irony is that I paid their blood money not because I owed it but because my insurance is also a piece of dirt. In the end who is screwed - the patient. It is my credit that is impacted. Insurance does not cover cost charged by doctor, doctor sells the debt and the collection thieves will wear you down because they know most people don't want to their credit ruined. I am so disgusted with this company.

Receivables Management Partners I sent a letter to **** to make a counter-offer to settle my account with them

I sent a letter to *** to make a counter-offer to settle my account with them. I let them know that I can't pay the amount that they offered because my household went from two incomes to one and I am the only person working now and made a counter-offer of the amount I can pay and when. I sent the letter almost 2 weeks ago and have not received any written notice that it was received and/or that the counter-offer was declined. I called the 1-800 number to verify if it has been received and was told the account has not been notated if it was. I asked the rep *** if I would get written notice and she said no. The attorney's write the letters for them and they can only send the offer that they made and they will not go any lower. The offer they made was only $164 less than the full balance, what kind of settlement offer is that?!"

I contacted the *** LLC to speak about 4 accounts on my credit report. I asked them to send proof of claim to the address on file and they were unable to find the accounts. I have the account numbers that are being reflected negatively on my credit report, yet they can't locate those accounts. They also told me the call id that came up on the phone I have had for over 20 years was under the name of some guy Ive never heard before. While not uncommon anymore, I do not believe I am *** based on my very feminine voice. They then stated they would be able to find how much I owe them if I was able to provide my name, ssn, physically address, dob, and email address. When I told them I am protected under ***, I was told that's the only way they can find anything. SO now, I have accounts being reflected negatively on my credit and they can't locate them for me to pay them off. "

I called CMRE in the afternoon of June 29th and I literally was bombarded by an extremely disrespectful associate from this business. He went from telling me what I had done wrong to telling me that I had no authority to request any type of information that belonged to me regarding my account with them because I should've done that before. As far as I am concerned that is my information that they withhold and I have evry right to request any information I need for my records. He was extremely rude and tried to intimidate me by yelling at me over the phone. Please try your best to not have any business with them. Specially if you are a doctor that is looking to find a company to help aid patients to pay off outstanding debt. They are very rude and also of patients with outstanding balances will not end up paying due to the lack of commitment on their end to serve the community.

Receivables Management Partners I Have provided IMC Receipts of payment from my insurance company and they still have it reported on my credit bureau

I Have provided IMC Receipts of payment from my insurance company and they still have it reported on my credit bureau. They claim it was too long before I responded to the debt that I must pay it again. They refuse to provide details of the debt reported so I had to search 3 years worth of EOBs to find the items they were reporting. Now that I can prove the debt is not mine they will NOT respond nor removed from my credit bureau. I advise you take notes and record every single call to and from them. Seeking attorney for restitution of the lost hours I have spent researching and the amount of extra interest I had to pay to secure my care note. This is a fraudulent company when they only want to talk when you want it settled. If you ask questions about the debt they get ANGRY! Be cautious and NEVER pay without proof you owe. The had invoice amounts that were accurate at one point but that does not mean that you owe it in full. Insurance company 1 paid 90% of the invoice leaving a balance of $44.00 my secondary insurance paid the remaining amount. On another invoice the original provider did not submit the pre authorization so according to my insurance they did not follow protocol and cannot collect, yet, it is still in collections with IMC.

Receivables Management Partners This is by far the worst company Ive had the displeasure of working with

This is by far the worst company Ive had the displeasure of working with. I received a collections *** for an unpaid emergency room visit from 6 months prior and I called them immediately to see what I could do to pay the *** before it hit my credit report. The woman that I initially spoke to on the 16th of March rushed me off of the phone and said that she would send me an email detailing my payment plan and assured me that it would not hit my credit report if paid in full within the specified terms. I was appreciative and diligently checked my emails every day for 2 weeks while trying to connect back with her because I never received the email. I was finally able to get another rep on the line and she said that the email they wrote down was incorrect and sent out another one. I received it and called them back a few days later stating that I did not trust the writing in the email for the payment arrangement and that I would rather pay it off in full now and receive confirmation that it was taken care of and the gentleman that assisted me with my payment said that he would email me a confirmation email and no surprise, I never received that one either. I then waited a week before calling them back and had the rudest rep Ive ever spoken to continually talk over me and raise her voice stating that the payment had already been collected and to wait for the letter to come in the mail which is different than the email that I was told Id receive. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it and took no responsibility for the fact that I had been given the run around by her company for over a month at this point to resolve a *** I was in a position and willing to pay. They have horrible customer service and you would think that a Collections Agency would have a better go at taking peoples money for unpaid debts.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, RMP LLC Account has violated my rights. Title 15 of the United States Code, Section 602 A, states that I have the right to privacy. I noticed there was a collection from a medical bill on my credit report. I have contacted the hospital and my insurance and received proof that this bill was paid in full. I have sent this company this proof on multiple occasions. I do not owe $300 and it needs to be removed from my credit report immediately. It is also illegal to buy medical debt. I am more than happy to show the proof of my insurance paying this bill in full to anyone that can remove this from my credit report. This needs to be made right.

I am not liable for this debt with Charleston Ent Associates and do not have a contract with Receivables Management. They have not provided me with the original application as requested. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Debt Collection Practices Act, RECEIVABLES MGMT CORP has violated my rights. I received a call from RMP today, very rude lady. Stating I owe a past *** from 2019 for $3000.00 for my minor child. In 2019 my child had two insurance providers. I requested an itemized statement because she could not provide me with the adjustments made to get to the remaining balance owed. She said so you are disputing the ***, I replied to her no. I'm simply asking for an itemized statement so that I can compare to my EOB's and make sure they were billed and paid correctly before I pay. She said so you're disputing so I can't send you anything. Your new notice was sent on the 9th look in your mail and respond off that was her response. Without her working with me this will be placed on my credit report I'm sure and affect my credit which I was trying to avoid. I never received a remaining balance owed from the original creditor after insurance had paid their portion which isn't fair but that's another issue. This company is rude and not willing to help and obviously doesn't follow the *** laws accordingly and needs to be investigated and looked at closely by the

I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from RMP SERVICES LLC that was opened on May 17, for $111.00 with an account number that I do not recognize and for which I am not responsible. I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with them. This is fraudulent and a violation of my rights. This inaccurate collection is not mine. If you believe this account is mine, I request that you provide proof of its validity. I would like all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate and fraudulent collection to be removed from my credit report. Otherwise, I will initiate legal action and report you to the relevant consumer protection agencies and the Federal Trade Commission.

Receivables Management Partners I have made several calls to RMP in regards to receiving a letter stating that my account held with them is paid in full

I have made several calls to RMP in regards to receiving a letter stating that my account held with them is paid in full. I first requested this on February 18,2022. I received my letter by email February 21,2022 to find out I was supposed to be provided a login to view my encrypted letter which was never received. I call again February 22,2022 to receive yet another letter with my login credentials. I received my second letter the same day only to find out the credentials given were invalid. I have informed this company that I need this letter asap as I am working to buy house and need this account removed from my credit report. I am now awaiting my third letter via email but was told it probably still would not work. So now I am awaiting my email as well as a letter to be mailed to my address. I do not have the time to wait for this letter as I served no wrong doing. This is absolutely ridiculous and a representative that I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic and even shared a few laughs as I was getting upset. Extremely unprofessional environment and serves no good purpose to their customers.

I have 2 medical debts thats on my credit report. RMP Services has reported it 4 times. Each of the reports are the same debts and should only be reported once. Ive disputed the reports and they came back saying it meets FRCA requirements. I called the original account holder and they only have 2 outstanding debts from me. I called RMP, they are wanting me to redispute it after I already disputed it.

I don't know why you are still giving me this "other than you" feedback. I AM ME! and I'm asking you to delete the fraudulent accounts that I saw on my credit reports. I attached documents such as IDs, SSN, and my POA. I'm getting annoyed with this *** you are giving me. You are avoiding deleting the accounts that I keep on reporting and giving me the same feedback! Delete the accounts that I am reporting and I'm only giving you 15 days, you are testing my patience!Again, These are the accounts that you must block because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO USE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION hence, these are all fraudulent accounts!RMP SRVC LLC , Balance $0.00Account Number

I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with RMP SERVICES LLC. Furthermore, they did not provide me with the original application as requested. The account number is undisclosed and the amount disputed is $200.

I was sent to collections for a debt I was unaware of until I saw my credit report. I called RMP to see what it was for and it appears it was a bill from a hospital I had visited. No statement in the mail was ever sent to me, which seems to be a very common complaint with this company. I receive many spam calls that I don't answer, so they may have attempted to reach me, but no voicemail was ever left. This has damaged my credit and I, a 22-year-old college student earning $1,500 a month, cannot afford to pay my collection fee of over $500.

Receivables Management Partners This company has placed a derogatory mark on my daughter's credit report for an account from 6/14

This company has placed a derogatory mark on my 20-year-old daughter's credit report for an account opened on 6/14. If that is accurate, my daughter was a minor at that time. She is just starting out and has never had any credit accounts. This was her first attempt at establishing credit. We discovered this when applying for an auto loan at our bank, which led to her being declined due to a collection account. When I tried to co-sign, I found I have six derogatory marks on my credit report from this company. We have never received any hardcopy mail about collection accounts with this company. I have no explanation of charges owed to them. It seems, after reading reviews, that this company frequently reports inaccurately, damaging credit scores. I have tried calling the company only to be stuck on hold indefinitely, trying to determine the nature and recipient of the debts. I need them to remove any incorrect account entries from my daughter's credit report.

The following item, with the account number ending in XXX, was opened on the date of October 28, without my consent and added to my credit report for the amount of $156.00. This is considered fraudulent and furthermore, it is a violation of my consumer rights. Additionally, this company failed to verify the account with any supporting evidence as mandated under section 15 of the United States Code. I demand that this account be removed promptly from all the credit reporting agencies, including Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. I also demand compensation of $1,000 for each instance of this violation.

Receivables Management Partners I have received several voice messages from this company, calling me from [protected]

I have received several voice messages from this company, calling me from [protected]. Each time, an automated message is left on my voicemail telling me to either press #1 or call back to hear more about a debt that needs to be collected. They have not said my name or any other identifying information. I have attempted to call back several times to determine who they are looking for and whether or not there is an actual debt. I have not received any documentation in writing about a debt and have also put blocks on my credit report for fear of fraud. My health insurance is with IU and all of my bills come through there since I stay in-network. I check the portal regularly to ensure I don't miss a bill and have paid everything on time. Without any identifying information or the ability to speak with a person after several attempts, this feels like harassment. The only time I have recently been at the ER was due to Covid-19 testing and all of those bills were covered. Again, I have no idea why they continue to call me, don't leave any identifying information and are non-responsive to messages left to inquire what this concerns.

Receivables Management Partners I made a payment of $1913.46 on Monday, September 14th to this collections agency

I made a payment of $1913.46 on Monday, September 14th to this collections agency. I was told I would receive an email confirmation of my payment AND a letter saying I had made a payment. I called the collection agency at 11:22am CDT on September 30th explaining I had still not received my email confirmation or letter. After speaking with the employee with terrible customer service skills and did not seem to know how their systems worked, it was discovered that the employee I initially spoke with on September 14th had incorrectly entered my email into the system (she spelled my name wrong even though I spelled it out to her) and I was now being told they do not send letter confirmations of payments. According to the employee I spoke with on September 30th, there is no way to resend the confirmation to me. I asked to speak with a manager while on the phone with the rep on 9/30 and was told she was busy, as she is also a rep and I would receive a call back. By the end of the work day on September 30th, I did not receive a phone call back and am submitting this form at approximately 6:15pm CDT. I do not have a formal proof of payment and from what I gathered, they are not willing to send me proof of payment.

Receivables Management Partners Hello. I am having an issue getting something resolved with Receivables Management Partners (RMP)

Hello. I am having an issue getting something resolved with Receivables Management Partners (RMP). My insurance only covers in-network providers. I informed the hospital prior to my surgery and was assured that everything would be in-network. Months later in March or April, I received a *** from *** Pathology Associates for $223. They told me I needed to file a dispute with my insurance provider because this charge was out of network and the hosptial was at fault for sending my labs there. Instead of contacting me again, *** Pathology sent this to collections without any other notices to me that my insurance denied it for a second time. Once I received a statement from RMP in September, I immediately called *** Pathology Associates. They said since it was within 30 days, they could take payment and this would be removed from my credit report. Additionally, they agreed to reduce the charge to $178.40 because of the way it was handled. Please see the email receipt attached. On October 1st, I called RMP to see why this was still showing as an amount due. I gave the representative my payment confirmation number. Since then, I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails and this is still showing as an amount due. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Receivables Management Partners Hello, I have an account with IMC Credit Services (alias RMP LLC

Hello, I have an account with IMC Credit Services (alias RMP LLC.. this is how they answer they phone?) Phone [protected] PO Box 20636 Indianapolis, IN 46220, for a past due medical bill. I over paid the account by $42.76 and have called them multiple times to request a refund for the over payment. The last time, before yesterday (June 23 3:09 pm - I spoke to Tom), that I called them was on June 18th. On June 18th and at least one call to them, prior to that, I was told they would send out a refund payment to me. I have yet to see that refund payment, and the most aggravating part of this is that they keep lying to me and telling me they will send it out to me. What do I need to do to actually get a refund? I would like to report them for being dishonest in there communication with their clients and withholding money that they have told me repeatedly they will send to me, as I have overpaid on the account. I DO have paper work to show the exact amount on their billing from the beginning and bank record of payments they have been sent! Now TODAY, I called again at about 2:30 pm and spoke to Shelly, and NOW they are saying they are sending me a refund check of 76 cents! I assume this is their sick way of sticking it to me, for calling repeatedly to request a refund for the overpayment? Please help me with this! Thank you so much for listening and your help!

Receivables Management Partners In July I paid two collections from Austin Regional Clinic and specifically asked if they would be removed from my credit reports not just left

In July I paid two collections from Austin Regional Clinic and specifically asked if they would be removed from my credit reports not just left as "paid". I was assured that both items would be deleted by the system. They were not deleted as I was promised and having called back and reassured that this was an error, I was then sent a letter stating that they would be deleted from your system and that all credit bureaus would be updated. This was not done. I filed two separate disputes through Experian in which your Waco office told them that this was still going to be listed as a paid collection and not deleted despite the letter that I have stating that they would be deleted. I have called your Waco office at least twice per month since July and assured every time that this was an error and that the credit bureaus would be updated. I have the letter from your agency that clearly states that my items would be deleted from my credit history and this has not been done. From the moment I contacted your office, you have given me false information and about my case. You also sent me documentation of this false information that I am willing to relay to you. Austin Regional Clinic allows RMP to delete paid consumers files from all three major credit bureaus and I would like some clarification as to why you are not honoring their policies and your own statements. These collections need to be deleted immediately from all three credit bureaus as promised by your agency and as acknowledged in writing as soon as possible.

Receivables Management Partners I paid 3 RMP accounts in full--in the amounts of $410, $790, and $261, for a total of 1462.71-- processed on Sept

I paid 3 RMP accounts in full--in the amounts of $410, $790, and $261, for a total of 1462.71-- processed on Sept. 15, 2020, in exchange for the 3 accounts to be removed from my credit reports. I also requested the receipt to be emailed to me and was given a password for opening the document when it would be received. This first exchange was quite pleasant and reassuring. The rest would not be. When the email did not come I called back and they were combative, telling me I didn't understand how the process worked and that I would have to wait 2 days for the email to come. When I called back again I was told it would be a week. When I called back a week later I was told that I had missed the window for an email receipt, that I didn't sign up for it, and a receipt would be in the mail, but the payment had processed. I then asked if the accounts were going to fall off my credit as agreed, and I was told that was up to the credit bureau's not them (it is not). I never received my receipt. I had to file a dispute with the credit bureau just to get the totals on the accounts updated, which did happen, but the accounts were not removed as agreed. One of the closed accounts showed up on another credit bureau AFTER I PAID. Furthermore, a new account has popped up that I have received no information about. I have looked back at my medical records and verified at the very least the dates of one of the accounts is wrong. I will require full proof of this new debt before I recognize it as mine. I need, at the very least, the accounts that I paid in good faith, which seems to have been a mistake, to be removed from my credit as agreed.

Receivables Management Partners I received a call from a person claiming to be with a company called RMP Services LLC

I received a call from a person claiming to be with a company called RMP Services LLC. It was a missed call and I called the number back on my cell phone and they asked for me with my maiden name which is a pretty common name, but I had not gone by that name for over 21 years. I was asked if this was my name I explained it was through marriage I have been divorced and had my name changed back since ***. I was then transferred, and another lady came on and started attacking me she said it didn't matter if I don't go by that name any more and that she was calling about a recent delinquent account. When I asked her to tell me when was this account open and sent to them she stated she did not have that info and I should know seeing as I opened it. I told her I have not opened any accounts especially in the name they asked for. I told her this may be a fraudulent account. She said they didn't get anything from identity theft no police report from me I said how could you get this if this is the first time I am hearing from you or about this supposed delinquent account. I asked her to provide the name of the company she claimed the account was for called QC Financial which is some type of payday loan and told me to *** it for the. I told her to give me the info she just got mad and said I have no choice but to recommend you take this up with the court. And she stated once again since I opened the account. I told her I did not open an account you are the one saying I did. She said you just deal with the courts then and hung up.I blocked the number and later started getting calls from a *** do not know if they are the same companies or not.

Receivables Management Partners Collections company RMP (Receivables Management Partners, LLC

Collections company RMP (Receivables Management Partners, LLC. ***. ***) is knowingly, falsifying medical billing records and information of Health Net customers. For services Health Net provided to customer on 04/26; an HSA claim was summited & payment was cleared by RMP (customer retains proof and valid documentation showing this claim as: PAYMENT RECEIVED/CLEARED)Health Equity: HSA Claim Documentation Info 1/14/2022$105.54HSARmp81212858Released, Cleared 2/1/2022 VPay RMP received & cleared this payment on 1/14/22 - as of 02/07/22 RMP is still actively reporting this closed debt to collection agencies. After reviewing the information RMP is reporting to Experian, it seems RMP is also altering the amount of the balance due, as the amount on the both the customer's Health *** billing statements, differs from the amount RMP is reporting to agencies. Since there was ZERO documentation/information provided by RMP regarding any interest rates that would indicated a higher amount/accumulated interest, I do not assume this would be the cause of a altered/higher balance being recorded by this company - yet, again, they still disclosed a higher balance to Credit Agencies, such as Experian. RMP LLC needs to be held accountable for their reckless business structure and inability to complete their responsibilities as a collection agency i.e. reporting accurate information - many people are being effected due to their fraudulent reports being sent to credit reporting agency's, as these reports can cause customers and families very serious hardships due to the blatant negligence of RMP. It is unacceptable to allow business such as RMP LLC to continue business with such neglect.

Receivables Management Partners Company operating legally, but extremely unethically impacting the livelihood of the individuals they are supposed to serve

Company operating legally, but extremely unethically impacting the livelihood of the individuals they are supposed to serve. I had a medical *** that didn't get paid that I was unaware of as at the time there were a lot of medical bills coming through. This specific one was for a surgery back in May In November my account was sent to RMP. No letter, no info was sent in November about this. At this time RMP disclosed my lack of payment to the creditors. (this didn't show anywhere for 6 months, but they confirmed that it was reported back in November). In January, I received my first communication from the company. I attempted to make a significant payment at that time but it didn't go through. (Jan 5th)They called again on the 12th and we tried again as I confirmed my account was in good standing. Again it didn't go through. Still no letter explaining the details even though an itemization was requested. On May 11th (postmarked date) I got a letter threatening to take me to court if I didn't pay the full $4500 amount. I called on May 25th and paid the full amount. When I asked about my credit score they said everything was legitimate and they wouldn't remove it. The issue here is that they filed against my credit without communicating. There is proof that I was compliant when they did communicate in making an attempt to pay or set up payments. They stopped communicating at that point. While I've looked into it and what they did is legal, its far from ethical and really should not be legal. This is a company that has too much power over individual livelihoods and should be held accountable to more strict guidelines before they can enforce that power. The impact to my credit score was over 100 points for bad payment history, literally the only negative I've ever had. You work over 30 years building your credit to improve your quality of life and a company like this has the power to take it away in a day and say nothing about it. This is my issue.

Receivables Management Partners 2/22/2022 To Whom It May Concern, I am representing myself as the consumer in fact.

Dated 2/22/2022, to whom it may concern, I am representing myself and I am the actual consumer, not a third party. I am directly communicating with you regarding concerns with my credit report. This letter is my formal request to dispute the accounts and inquiries that are being reported on my account in violation of the law. It has been over thirty days without adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which grants me the legal right to have these removed. I understand the recipient of this letter may not be an attorney, so I have included the relevant laws and definitions to clarify my legal rights. I appreciate your understanding of the negative impact this has on me and the infringement of my rights. Thank you for taking this federal matter seriously. Immediate attention is required for the removal of accounts, such as RMP LLC claiming a debt of $102 reported as a Collection/Charge Off. This is not a refusal to pay but a notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, demanding dispute validation. This is a request for validation, not verification of my mailing address, as per the mentioned laws. I expect competent evidence of any legal obligation to pay you. Additionally, I must inform you that reporting invalidated information to credit bureaus could be considered fraud under Federal law.

Receivables Management Partners I was contacted approximately 1 month ago regarding three medical bills for my minor child of which were sent to RMP, LLC for collection from **

I was contacted approximately 1 month ago regarding three medical bills for my minor child of which were sent to RMP, LLC for collection from ***. At the time of the initial call I told the representative that I had previously disputed an emergency room bill due to having been billed and receiving no care (physician or nurse) as we merely signed in to the ER to see someone and left after a 3.5 hour wait of seeing no one. The representative could not give me any details as to which service date matched up with which service, etc., so I told her I would have to get in touch with *** as to the status of my dispute. Time got away from me, I admit, but I had planned on reaching out to *** regarding my issues and getting back in touch with RMP, as advised, I just hadn't done so as of yet. I happened to check my credit report on Saturday, July 25th, and to my shock and surprise am showing 3 new collections from RMP as reported on July 18th. I immediately called and emailed RMP requesting a call back to discuss the charges, credit reporting, etc. I received a call back this morning (July 27th) to which the representative advised me that there were no notes on the account advising that the amounts had been sent to the credit bureau. Well, obviously, they were sent to the credit bureau by RMP because they are showing on my Transunion and Equifax reports? Someone at this company is LYING! After getting off the phone with RMP, I called *** to inquire as to the status of my ER charge dispute. Imagine my surprise when I'm advised that "no answer was ever given for the dispute" and they will have to reach out to whomever to get it resolved. In addition, one of the charges showing in collections with RMP is inaccurate due to insurance adjustments never having been made prior to sending it to collections. Lastly, I was advised by *** that the amounts were sent to RMP on March 17th; however, RMP waited until June to speak with me and then immediately placed the collections on my credit report before accurately verifying the charges/debt. I want these collections deleted from my credit report IMMEDIATELY, which should not be an issue seeing as the RMP representative says her "screen" shows no notes of it being sent to the credit bureaus. In addition, before debt/charges are accurately verified through the original creditor by the collection agency, they should NOT be reported inaccurately on someone's credit report. DELETE IMMEDIATELY!
