I went to Redefine Healthcare when I was in New Jersey after a long flight. My back was hurting so bad, it was like living in hell. But the people at Redefine Healthcare were so amazing, I'll never forget it. I wish we had a place like that in my city. Thank you so much for all you do for people.

I gotta say, Redefine Healthcare is the real deal! Every time I go there, I feel like a VIP. The folks at the front desk are always on point, making sure I'm taken care of and feeling good. They're super professional and always make me feel welcome. Thanks, guys!

The facility itself is something else. It's always clean and organized, and you can tell they take pride in keeping it that way. Even when it looks like there's a lot of people there, I never have to wait long. They really know how to run things like a well-oiled machine.

And the doctors and support staff? They're the best! They're always paying attention and really care about their patients. You can tell they're true professionals who take their work seriously. They make you feel like you're their top priority, and that's something special.

I gotta give a shoutout to Dr. Eric Freeman, too. He's been my go-to guy for a while now, and he always puts up with my shenanigans. Thanks, doc!

Overall, I can't recommend Redefine Healthcare enough. They're the real deal, and they know how to take care of their patients. If you're looking for a top-notch healthcare experience, this is the place to be.

I had a really frustrating experience with Redefine Healthcare. I was supposed to see Dr. Freeman, but my appointment was rescheduled three times before I even got to see him. When I finally received my email check-in, it was for a PA instead of Dr. Freeman. I tried calling to sort it out, but it was really difficult to get through to anyone. They seem to prefer communicating through text and email, which can be frustrating when you need to talk to someone right away.

When I finally did get through to someone, they told me I couldn't have my original appointment time and that I would have to come in the middle of the day or wait two weeks for another appointment. I was really frustrated because I had already booked my appointment three weeks ago, and now I was being told I had to wait even longer.

To make matters worse, I got a phone call from someone at Redefine Healthcare wanting to follow up on my appointment with Dr. Freeman, even though I hadn't even had the appointment yet. They were trying to sell me an at-home device based on the appointment I was supposed to have with Dr. Freeman. It all seemed really fishy to me.

In my opinion, Redefine Healthcare is a scam and a sham. They seem more interested in making money than actually helping patients. It's no wonder pain management centers and clinics have a bad reputation. They don't seem to care about their patients at all, except for how they can bill insurance companies.

Overall, I would not recommend Redefine Healthcare to anyone. If you're looking for a pain management center that actually cares about its patients, look elsewhere.
