We had 2 flights of stairs done, which we have wanted to do for a while. Now that we've had it done, why did we wait. The stairs look fantastic. Really very very nice. Refloor and son team did a nice a job. Thank you. We would highly recommend Refloor.

Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable sales person, quick installation and great communication with our project person in between. Our floors are great. They look like real wood, and are so quiet and easy to clean. We highly recommend Refloor!
Refloor did an awesome job for me and my wife! We had originally gotten 2 quotes from some local shops and their product quality didn't seem anywhere near what refloor had to offer. After working with *** over the phone, they scheduled my install the day I purchased. Installers got the project done in a day and it looks great! Would recommend the Monticello color for anyone.

Whoa - it sounds like several of us had the same installer! Very, very poor professionalism: always late, never calls when he said he would, extremely slow, and sloppy just to name a few issues. I mean, the floors look okay and he's fairly skilled at laying them, but he was continuously leaving to get things he 'ran out of' and would be gone for 45 minutes to an hour, all after showing up after 9:00am and leaving at 4:00pm. My husband pointed out where quarter-round had been spliced in areas that were completely unacceptable and the installer should know better. After six days of work (initially telling us it would take two), we are finishing it ourselves.
I think if Refloor would take the time to teach/train their installers professionalism: what to do inside a home and what not to do - the basics of customer service - they might be okay. Our guy used our toilet paper to wipe up after caulking and then crammed it all in our toilet. I had to stick my hand in and fish it all out: there was so much in there, it would have easily clogged. He used our kitchen sink, without asking, to fill up five-gallon buckets to clean our driveway when he spilled material on it (there is a hose outside, if he would have asked). These are things you simply don't do as a professional.
Unfortunately, his voice was incredibly loud, always asking us to 'look at something' and just not what you want in your home. We had his manager come out and speak with us and he was absolutely no help. Instead, we got to hear about the manager's work background of managing different establishments, leaving us lots of questions as to how that experience qualifies one to be in charge of flooring installers.
Refloor left us with the utmost bad taste in our mouths. This is a company I wouldn't recommend at all. I think I could work with someone and their poor workmanship, but when you pair it with such poor professionalism, you don't have much left.

I had Refloor put new floors in my bedrooms and bathroom. Charles, the sales person, was so patient with my husband who asked a thousand questions. The installation was scheduled fast and the floors are great. I have used many home improvement companies and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you. Maria
Refloor lied to me about the installation process, installers were messy, had to pay someone to clean their mess up for two days because I'm a senior and not in the best of health. Damaged the recent paint job I had done. The moulding and plate installed unacceptable! Lied to and correction dates cancelled twice. Job was done and completed in one day April, 2022, repairs not corrected as of June 1, 2022!
They arrived at my residence claiming to provide next-day flooring services. Unfortunately, I was without gas for five days. One worker promised to return to complete the job on July 5th but failed to show up. By the seventh day, I found myself driving 30 minutes away just to use the restroom and have a meal because my toilet was inoperable due to improper repairs, leading to water damage on the wood floors as it leaked from the base. Additionally, they turned off my gas, leaving me without service for five days. The company was supposed to review everything to ensure my satisfaction, but two weeks have passed, and I remain dissatisfied with their service. They had scheduled another visit for July 20th and insisted on full payment upfront before starting the work. After this experience, I have no intention of using their services again and would like a refund of $500 for the inconvenience I've endured. I am an extremely upset customer.
Go with the office team! I got my dream floors. The office team crushed my two decades dream. The office team proved they are family owned and back their product. Mr. Hadjatoni is the best of the best! Got a new floor installed and installed correctly. He goes the extra mile for his customers. The team in the office is so sweet, kind, understanding. Hamzeh the installer did work perfectly. Pays attention to detail. The three of them are true assets to their company. I highly recommend them and the Refloor company over the others.

They sent their Saleman to measure my floors, and he didnt do it right. So a one and a half day job, turned into two weeks. Then they charged me $464 for more plywood. When they were done I had to hire a handyman at the price of $400 to paint all the quarter rounds because they did such a poor job and even forgot some of the quarter rounds. When you talk to the office they kept giving me different people to talk to.
It want a ridiculous amount of money we're doing work that wasn't done, the work wasn't completed in a timely.
I had to cancel my floor contract due to the installer finding asbestos in the floor tiles. I cant afford to remove the old floor tiles right now and we cant go over them with new floor so I cancelled the order. Refloor told me they would return my deposit but after several weeks of not receiving my deposit, I called them again. Kaleb called me today and acted like he didn't remember our conversation and then said that I am way outside the cancellation window, which is 3 days after signing the contract. I reminded him we spoke about this already and that he agreed to return my deposit but then he started talking about the contact language on page 3 and he has more money into this job than my deposit to pay for the installer going out to my home, ordering product, and then he said something about I could owe them 50% of the cost of the project by cancelling, so I got mad and told him to keep the deposit and hung up on him. So when they tell you free estimates, they aren't free especially if you end up cancelling when things are out of your control. I would not recommend this company especially all the hassle I have had for the small deposit I was trying to get back. I cant imagine how they would deal with any warranty work.
Refloor in my area will not leave me and my deceased mother alone. I started receiving refloor mailers addressed to her 8 weeks ago. I called three times to request they stop sending them. Despite my efforts, I have received two more in the span of three days during the week of May 23, 2022, promoting special savings and expressing a desire to visit my home. I informed them over three weeks ago to cease contact. As someone who is disabled, I find this situation extremely disturbing. I would never engage their services, and it's baffling that they might consider this a laughing matter. It is anything but humorous, especially when they send mail to my mother who passed away six years ago. It's hard to comprehend what kind of company would behave in such a manner. This is indicative of poor management and a lack of proper customer relations. Thank you.

The floors look great! Installer John and coordinator Modena were good to work with. There was some noticeable glue that we could not remove so they came out the following week and replaced some planks. The installers showed up on time and didn't leave til 5. It was a big job (entire first floor) and they had to remove 3 layers of old flooring and it took the 2 days they said it would.

A+ experience from start to finish! I went with Refloor to do our entire first floor, our sales rep was polite and explained everything thoroughly. The communication between staff and myself during the scheduling process was awesome, they made sure I knew every step along the way. The installers were so quick and precise! I can't believe the transformation to our home, our new floors look so beautiful. Thank you Refloor!

Refloor in [location], [state] will not leave me and my deceased Mother alone. I started receiving refloor mailers to her 8 weeks ago. I called 3x to STOP. They came to my house said it was next day flooring I was out of gas for 5 days the one contractor said he would be back to finish the work on 7/5 never showed up this was the 7 day had to drive 30 minutes to use the restroom and eat my toilet was out cause he didnt fix it back right water was linking from the bottom Ruining the wood and they turn off my gas it was out for 5 days. They were supposed to go over everything and make sure I was satisfied still not it's been 2 weeks almost and still not satisfied with this service. They said they were coming out 7/20 and they demanded all the money up front before the start of the job. I would never use these people again I would like a refund of $500 for what I went through. Very mad customer.

The salesman had a great sales pitch, and we were super excited about hiring Refloor. However, we were disappointed many times over. First, the initial crew had no knowledge on installing a floor that needed to be "feathered in." This was a significant mistake, and they should have used a subfloor instead of feathering in such a large area. On the second day, they had to tear out what they did and start over, only to encounter the same issue again. Refloor came out to ensure things were being done correctly, but the problems persisted even after they were done. On the third day, we requested a new crew, and fortunately, they were very knowledgeable and did their best to fix the problem. However, the material they used to feather in is not suitable for easy repairs. Additionally, Refloor promised to personally come and fix certain things but never followed through. There are still soft spots in some areas, which is unacceptable considering we paid over $9,000.00. Overall, I do not believe this floor is worth the investment, and I would not recommend Refloor at all.
