I purchased a Frigidaire EPTWFU01 Water Filter 3 pack on 1/28/24 from Refrigerator Filter Store. Order# 206489. I have not received my water filters. However, I did receive the 3 pack of Refrigerator Air Filters that were also part of Order# 206489. USPS tracking number: 9434611206217172830793. I sent a tracking request to customer support at contact@refrigeratorfilterstore.com on 2/5/24 0954 asking for an update on when I would receive my water filters. Company said " We will do our best to reply to your email within 24 hours", but this has not happened. I have not received a response on where my water filters are and when they will be delivered. I attempted to get an update today and was having a chat with a person who took my information. She then directed me to pay for a membership to JustAnswer to receive an answer to my tracking question. This seems very sketchy that I have to purchase another product that I neither do not want or need in order to find out when my water filters will be delivered. I want to cancel my water filters order and receive a refund from Refrigerator Filter Store. Thank you.
