My husband urchased an IRA with Regal Assets and sent a check to Kingdom Trust. He is unable to access his account. He has attempted several times to contact Regal Assets for assistance and always get the run around-that someone will call him back and assist him. Still no help and still unable to see his account. No one answers the phone when he calls. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

So Far I am not impressed with the communication of status of delivery of metals
So Far I am not impressed with the communication of status of delivery of metals. I started process in Early Feb. (Feb. 3rd money left my Schwab account) have receives a fraction of the metals as of 5/27. Have received only on meaningful communication with employee of company, and had to threaten complaint with SEC to get that communication. After that comm. I got approx 1/10th of what is due me, and cannot again, get in touch with anyone. Phone number given to me is busy 24/7, and I've sent emails, still no word. Was told that they wanted to ship when wholesaler had entire order ready to ship, but as of this time, partial shipment and cannot find out status of rest of shipment. I am not satisfied with customer service. This investment represents a significant part of my portfolio, and they've done nothing to reduce my anxiety with this transaction.

Updating the review below:
*** has provided documents to show that assets do in fact exist, are deposited in the depository and reported to the custodian. She has worked diligently to provide these docs to us today and detailed information to validate the transactions. A long time of discomfort and frustration has been resolved, and we truly appreciate it. One recommendation is maybe Regal should provide documents to show the clients each stage so they are more comfortable with the process while they wait for assets to show up in their accounts and aren't left in the dark, deeply concerned decision, awaiting their assets to show up in their accounts? The reason, what *** worked hard to provide to us on this day, would have prevented weeks/months of severe frustration and discomfort wondering if what was being said was really happening or was actually done. If there were a way to remove the prior review, we would at this time. Thank you *** for your intense efforts to resolve this for us.

In September, my wife and I had Community National Bank (CNB) wire funds to Regal Assets to purchase 201 / 1 oz bars of gold (est. $375,000) for our IRA account and place them in the Delaware Depository for safekeeping. CNB Custody made us aware that only 3 / 1oz bars were delivered the remaining 198 oz of gold had NOT been delivered to the depository. It has been 11 months and the metals are still not delivered. I have had numerous emails/texts and phone calls with Regal Assets (mainly ***, one of their Presidents). I get excuses and no resolution. Regal Assets were quick in taking our money and have failed to deliver after 11 months. I simply want my metals or full refund immediately.

I used an IRA transfer to purchase some gold and silver in April 2022. The representative from Regal Assets informed me that it would take approximately 8 weeks for the metals to be delivered to the CNB Custody depository. However, it has now surpassed 12 weeks. The representative has not been responding to my calls or emails. Regal Assets has since advised me that a different individual is now overseeing this transfer. I have been in communication with this person both through phone and email. My last email from the previous Wednesday indicated there was an issue with the account number and name not matching, but it was rectified and I was told to expect the status to change from 'awaiting delivery' by the following day. Despite my attempts to reach out over the last few days, I have received no response. The experience I am facing seems to echo the complaints of many others on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. It appears that this company may not be reliable.

I used IRA transfer to purchase precious metals in April 2022
I used IRA transfer to purchase precious metals in April 2022. Regal Assets informed me it would be 8 weeks before the metals would reach the CNB Custody depository. It has now been over 12 weeks. Regal Assets does not respond to my calls or emails. They told me a new contact is now in charge of this transfer. I have spoken with her and emailed. Last Wednesday, she mentioned an account number name mismatch was corrected and that the status should change from 'awaiting delivery' by the next day. I've tried reaching out in the last few days with no response. My experience seems similar to complaints about this company on ComplaintsBoard.com. It appears Regal Assets is not reliable.

Fraud Alert!
Fraud Alert! I placed two orders in May this year with a promised metals delivery of 6 weeks. To date $30,000 have been withdrawn from my bank, but there has been no delivery of any metals to the Delaware vault as promised. It seems the CEO of Regal Assets is running a PONZI scheme defrauding several investors of their retirement money without any plans to deliver promised metals. My bank says several of their other customers have not got delivery as well.DO NOT do business with this company as they have a bad track record of delivery. They are just wiring in funds from all kinds of retirees without any plan to deliver. They do not return phone calls and there is no response on when to expect any delivery of metals on fully paid orders.

My Investment Advisor has been coordinating with the VP to ship my gold assets to my home
My Investment Advisor has been coordinating with the VP of the business to ship my gold assets to my home. Since the end of March, we've faced long delays with no response, unfulfilled promises of tracking info, and increasing concern. All authorizations for shipping my assets are in place, but the ongoing delays and poor communication are disappointing. Despite multiple requests for information, the VP's responses are vague or non-existent. We will not recommend this business to associates and will cease future dealings with them. What a nightmare.

My complaint with Regal Assets is similar to so many others
My complaint with Regal Assets is similar to so many others. My transaction was at the end of November . A very large sum of money was rolled over to *** Bank to purchase a precious metals ***. The sales person told me I would see the metals in my account in approximately 6-8 weeks. The first time anything showed in my account was 5 months later (20 weeks) at the end of April 2022, after many, many emails and phone calls. It is now the middle of July 2022 and only half of my purchases have shown up in my account. After months of weekly and sometimes daily emails requesting my purchase updates, I have received nothing but excuses and promises of delivery. I have been extremely persistent and this is the worst financial experience I have ever encountered. Since the *** has helped others, I am hoping you can help me.

My wife, Cynthia Maris Stone, and I opened three precious metals IRAs with Regal Assets, LLC in December
My wife, Cynthia Maris Stone, and I opened three precious metals IRAs with Regal Assets, LLC in December . A combined $*** split among the three accounts are to be invested in precious metals. To date, only about $*** in metals have been delivered to the IRA holding repository. We have paid over $700 in assorted fees and commissions and have had one phone conversation and multiple emails with ***, president during March. Despite all the verbal and email assurances that delivery of the metals either has or will happen, our account statements show that all but $*** are awaiting delivery. It is now April. This should be more than adequate time for Regal Assets to make good on their part. All we seek is delivery of what we have contracted for in metal purchases. We note that there have been other complaints on file with the ComplaintsBoard.com regarding delivery delays that the ComplaintsBoard.com was able to resolve. I hope that we can do the same with your assistance.

Purchase Order Issue Back on June 3rd, I placed a cash order for precious metals
Purchase Order Issue Back on June 3rd, I placed a cash order for precious metals. The terms of agreement stated that Regal Assets would ship out to the specified address in 3 weeks. Ten and a half weeks later, and after many follow ups, Regal Assets has not provided the metals. Their Executive Management has been deceitful, indicating goods have shipped when they haven't, and providing invalid UPS tracking numbers. I request that Regal Assets immediately wire transfer the funds back to my Bank of America account. They have taken my money and provided no goods. Previously, on May 25, I placed an order with my IRA account funds. They stated they would ship in 9 weeks, which did not occur. I request they fulfill their promise to pay Kingdom Trust & Brinks fees, and I will cease purchasing metals from them so we can part ways.

On Wednesday, November 10 I got a gold IRA from Regal Assets in Los Ángeles
On Wednesday, November 10 I got a gold IRA from Regal Assets in Los Ángeles. I spoke with *** and ordered *** in gold. He said it will take about a month for the gold to get to the depository in Delaware. In January 2022 my husband called *** because CNB Custody had sent a notice that no metals had been delivered to the depository. *** told him wait another month. In June 17, 2022. We received a second notice that no metals had been delivered to the depository. CNB Custody told me to contact ***. I called her and I was told that she would call me back but she didn't. I called again and was told she would call back but she didn't. I emailed her and she said she would check with the DDSC and she would know by the evening. I emailed her four times since that email from her but she has not replied back. My husband had a gold IRA with Regal Assets in the past and everything went smooth and quick and that is why we came back to them. But now I am getting terrible service. It has been seven months since I purchased my gold. I want this resolved so that all the metals I ordered and not just some are delivered to the depository along with paperwork Sincerely

On 3/4, $547,970 from my Vanguard IRA was transferred to Royal Assets to purchase precious metals for my IRA, to be held by Kingdom Trust
On 3/4, $547,970 from my Vanguard IRA was transferred to Royal Assets to purchase precious metals for my IRA, to be held by Kingdom Trust. I discovered on 7/13/22 that $485,259 was not used to purchase metals but held by Royal Assets. 7/13/22 I was sent an asset list from Kingdom Trust showing "pending" assets of $485,259.00. This amount evidently was not used to buy metals. Regal Assets did purchase (20) 100 oz silver bars, $61,620 on my behalf. 7/13/22 I asked Regal Assets to liquidate my account and transfer it back to Vanguard IRA. I have repeatedly asked for the return of my money. I have all emails and Vanguard has recorded phone calls to Royal Assets. We are now into the seventh week of excuses and avoidance by Royal Assets. In addition: Royal Assets overcharged me for the metals and did not purchase the percentages of metals (Gold, Platinum, and Silver) according to my directions. 8/26/22 No effective purchase with $485,259 has occurred. They held most of my IRA money captive for 1.5 years. They overcharged me for the metals and did not purchase the percentages of metals according to my directions. Total failure and fraudulent practices. It would be fair to have the entire amount of $547,970 returned to my Vanguard IRA.

In September I decided to move my traditional IRA into a precious metals IRA because it was the most reliable way to preserve what was left
In September I decided to move my traditional IRA into a precious metals IRA because it was the most reliable way to preserve what was left of the account due to the volatile market. On September 28***, one of the associates emailed me to confirm that "I have locked up and secured your recent order for your IRA account of gold and silver...as soon as your account is fully funded it will be moved from inventory vaults to"... the storage facility. I liquidated my IRA and sent the funds to Regal Assets for the purchase of the precious metals that would then be sent to, and stored by Community National Bank Custody or CNBcustody. Over the next 9 months I called for an update because the metals were never delivered. There was either no one to take my call or someone would give some reason why it hadn't occured yet. On June 17, 2022 I received a letter from CNBcustody that the metals still had not been delivered and they suggested I call*** at Regal Assets to find out why. I called several times and was finally able to talk to***, the President of the company, who was extremely nice on the phone but gave no concrete information. These phone calls happened several times, in fact she gave me her email and personal phone number to make me feel good about the conversations. But still no results. Finally after ten months, on July 20, 2022 I emailed a request for a full refund. I attached wiring instructions from CNBcustody. (CNB told me in so many words that they no longer do business with Regal Assets because the same thing has happened with other customers and that some people are having trouble getting their refunds from Regal Assets.) It is now August 8, 2022 and there has been no refund. I have been emailed by*** on 3 seperate occasions that the funds had been or will be wired and yet it has not occured. I've attached just a few of many emails.

I opened a retirement IRA Account with a firm and designated Regal Assets as my precious metals dealer
I opened a retirement IRA Account with a firm and designated Regal Assets as my precious metals dealer. I worked with an associate of Regal Assets to secure both silver and gold after my retirement IRA Account was funded at the firm on or around September 10. I was told that final delivery would take 4-5 weeks. After 6-1/2 weeks without delivery, I followed up on November 5. I emailed the associate questioning the delay. I received no response. That day, I received an email from the President of Regal Assets stating the metals arrived that week and the vault needed time to audit before reporting. The silver was back ordered, causing the delay. I appreciated the update. As of December 16, my account still showed awaiting delivery of the silver. I called Regal Assets and left a message. I received a return call at 12:38 pm from the President. She made excuses conflicting with her previous email. She promised to follow up after contacting the wholesaler but never did. As of December 20, over 12 weeks passed and my order of silver bars had not been delivered to the depository. I received misleading information from Regal Assets and lost faith in them. I found similar complaints against Regal Assets on the ComplaintsBoard.com. I emailed the firm demanding cancellation of my silver order and a refund. Given my experience, I am doubtful of a resolution and am seeking assistance from the ComplaintsBoard.com.

In October , my husband and I moved funds from our accounts to Regal Assets for metals purchase.
In October , my husband and I moved funds from our individual investment accounts to Regal Assets for a metals purchase. The funds were received on November 10, and we were informed it would take 6-8 weeks for the metals to be deposited. We followed up regularly, only to receive vague assurances of a status check. In April 2022, after persistent inquiries, the president of Regal Assets emailed us a questionable shipping document, claiming the metals were deposited, which was not reflected in our account. Continued inquiries were met with excuses about staffing issues and paperwork errors. By late May, with no metals in sight, we sought assistance from the custodial company. After weeks of fruitless communication, the president admitted to the absence of metals and offered a full refund for both accounts, promising action by June 8th. Despite assurances and a claimed wire transfer request on June 10th, we have yet to receive the funds or proper documentation from the bank handling the transfer. Today, we were informed of a need to resubmit the wire request due to a meeting with the bank's fraud department. We suspect foul play and seek a full refund to reinvest with a different company. We request assistance in this matter and have all communications and documents for evidence. We plan to contact regulatory authorities before seeking legal counsel for resolution.

This is a legal representative performing probate court duties for an unspecified estate
As a legal representative handling probate court duties for an unspecified estate, I am filing a complaint against Regal Assets, a company specializing in precious metals and retirement investments. The decedents had invested in gold and silver coins through Regal Assets, which are now in a sub-account. The two accounts had a combined value as of September 1. All required documents have been provided. On March 18, 2022, I requested the consolidation of the accounts into a single one, followed by the liquidation of all assets into cash to be transferred to the estate's account. A notarized letter with detailed instructions, account information, and the mailing address was sent, which is now delaying the probate's completion. Despite multiple attempts over four months to retrieve the funds via email and several unfulfilled assurances from the company's president, the funds have not been received. Promises of mailed checks and wire transfers have not materialized, and my inquiries have been met with evasive responses. The president's failure to return emails, honor scheduled calls, and fulfill payment promises amounts to dishonest and unfair business practices. This delay in transferring funds, which should have taken a week, has now extended to four months, impeding the final stages of the probate process. I have documented all correspondence, including emails sent on April 14, May 19, June 7, June 17, June 28, and July 8, 2022, as well as the account holdings information.

I purchased silver bars from Regal Assets worth $95.240.00 with IRA rollover funds on 3/22
I purchased silver bars from Regal Assets worth $95.240.00 with IRA rollover funds on 3/22. Still after 20 weeks the silver is not delivered. Regal Assets said the delivery time is 6 weeks and then my IRA account at CNB Custody, a Community National Bank in Kansas, will reflect that the metals are received. Regal Assets partners with CNB Custody. Payment was on 4/5 and my account balance at CNB Custody was waiting for metal delivery starting 4/6. Regal Assets avoid contact. Their phone greeting says that the number is not in use and hangs up right after that. Emails are not replied to either. I was able to contact them through ComplaintsBoard.com on 6/23. 6/24 Company President, ***, tells me that metals arrived to the depository 6/17. 7/29 she says that "this Monday they finally realized that there are metals in the depository waiting because they do not know who the custodian is. Now they can fix it because they identified the problem." I follow up about daily until 8/5, Donoso texts that metals will show up on my account on Wednesday (8/10). Metals did not show up. Company President, Donoso, keeps blaming Delaware Depository Services Company for not helping her to find the metals that are in the depository (supposedly after having metals for 9 weeks at their site, the depository still has not sorted this out.) When I called the Depository 6/23, to ask if they still do business with Regal Assets they said yes, daily. I requested a refund on 8/13 and had no response except after I used ComplaintsBoard.com again to contact them. 8/19 President replied back to me: "We received your message from ComplaintsBoard.com, just to let you know! I'll look into this." I have no evidence the company even has any metals or did anything to deliver them. This Company is not trustworthy or honest, but on the contrary, claims the highest integrity and other great things all over the Internet. So far, I have no idea, maybe it all is a scam. The nature of the dispute is that there is no product nor a refund delivered.
