Reimagine Roofing I signed the contract with Reimagine Roofing LLC on 8/18

I signed the contract with Reimagine Roofing LLC on 8/18. It took them 3 days to finish the job, but there were a few issues due to miscommunication. None of the workers spoke English, which made it difficult to convey our concerns. They left nails and paint residue on our driveway, and unfortunately, they also caused some damage to our home. To make matters worse, they broke one of our lights.

Moreover, some of the tiles were not installed properly, and we noticed concrete staining in two different areas. They did send someone to fix it, but instead of stopping after testing it on the wall, they continued and made it look even worse. Now, we're worried that our HOA might give us a ticket for the unsightly appearance.

When my husband spoke to the owner, Kody, he claimed that they were not responsible for the damages caused to our home. This was quite disappointing, as we expected them to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Overall, our experience with Reimagine Roofing LLC was not satisfactory. The language barrier and lack of accountability for the damages left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Reimagine Roofing My name is John Doe and I live at 123 Main Street

My name is John and I live at 123. This is what happened, and I haven't gotten a resolution to my problem. I feel like I've been ignored and not taken seriously. So, one day I wake up early to work and the neighbor's house is having their roof repaired by this company. When I arrive from work, I see nails all over my driveway. Luckily, I didn't get a flat tire. So, I go complain next door and ask one of the roofers if they can be more careful, and they send one of their guys to pick up the nails with a magnet. The next day, I go to work again and when I arrive, I see a power washer hooked to my garden hose, right next to my brand new truck I got a few months back. Then I look at my truck and it's got black tar or paint all over, mainly on the rear bumper and bed on the right side. It had overspray all over, including the roof, underneath, muffler, spare tire, hood, doors, windows, rims, and trim. I get really upset and ask for the guy who's in charge of the roof work. So this guy comes and tells me they had an accident, and I can see that. So I ask him for his information so they can open an insurance claim, and he refuses to give me that information. All I get is his company name and his name, Jose V. So he informs his boss, Jeff. Then I go get some estimates to see what it's going to take to have my car fixed to factory conditions and send him the quote from the body shop. I get an estimate of around $4300 to have the truck rear bumper and bed repainted, and the rest where it didn't get that much overspray detailed. Jeff thinks it's too much to fix my truck that has only 4000 miles, brand new. It cost me $59000. I am really upset, and I really think they should give me a resolution to my problem. They don't want to open a claim, and I think it's not fair for me, the victim, to be waiting over 3 weeks already. They don't answer my calls or texts anymore. So I decided to make a complaint to hopefully get some help.
