This is by far the worst company I have encounter in my years of living in the country.
They are all Con Artist
I have purchased their Travel Membership package worth AED 15, 000 last June 2019 and after 24 hrs of getting my account activated, I have requested them to cancel my membership and revert the charge due to the turn of events on my finances.
I have attached my correspondence on email as a proof of the request and approval that they will process the refund within the next 45 days --- that was six (6) months ago. Until today (January 26th, 2020, Reliance Hub Services did not refund my account or issued any. Now, I am being punish in paying my card.
I have called and spoke with Mr Syed Farhan (supervisor) and Mr Mohammed Fazi (accountant) multiple times but nothing was resolved.
I have submitted a formal complaint through Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing but they only act as a Mediator and I felt that I was not really protected by the Consumer Rights.
I hope that writing this complaint can call the attention of many people -- not to be deceived by this company.

Today, I have tried calling Reliance Hub Services contact numbers - both Dubai and Abu Dhabi office but their number is seems to be deactivated.
I am not sure who, how, when I can be refunded.
I only wish that I can still be refunded as I have done all necessary action from my end and it really hurt knowing or feeling helpless. I hope that there's an organisation in the country who can interfere and help people like me to get justice as I see there's a lot of complaint against this company.
