The Manager, Gerry Cuevas, and the Salesman, John Reggens. They are criminals and fraudsters. They lied from the start, posing as the Contractor hired by PG&E, whose crew came to weatherize my home nearly two years ago. When the fraud surfaced three months later, I called PG&E to inform them what their Contractor had done to me. The quick description is that Renova was not listed as one of their Contractors or Sub. Only one Contractor listed to do the work for PG&E in the 93727-zip code would have the homeowner's information and the job description. Now, PG&E has opened an investigation into how Renova obtained my information. Gerry and John set out from the start to scam me with the aid of Service Financial. I was pre-approved for $20,000.00. When I asked for the paperwork to fill out and complete the loan, John said it would be emailed. When I didn't receive anything, I asked him again; he said they were mailing the documents to me. Still, nothing. After a week or so, I gave up asking. The evening after meeting with John for the first time, they filled out the documents and had them approved with Service Financial that evening. Then, Gerry sold the loan contract back to Service Financial on the same day. Three months later, Service Financial exposed the loan for the first time. The loan of $20,000.00 was going to cost me nearly $48,000.00.
John and Gerry esign my name fourteen times to the loan and gave my consent on the Federal Esign Consent form. They did all this without notifying me of their intentions, and they did not have any approval or authorization from me to do so. Service Financial paid Renova the $20,000.00 after I told them the loan was not mine and Renova has not completed the job. Service Financial never replied to my emails about the fraudulent loan and the incomplete job. Service Financial never notified me of their intention to pay Renova; they just paid it. Next, they inform me about the due date for the first payment. At the same time, Gerry has been paid and has not tried to complete the job and care for the faulty windows leaking air. Two windows are missing, and the finished work on the inside is incomplete. All the blinds were reinstalled backward, and some have not been reinstalled. I have all the supporting documents that I will gladly send. The 46-megabyte files explain everything in detail.
