Rentalcars.com Booking.com review: Car rental

Booked a car for Ronald Reagon Airport; received confirmation; showed up at pick-up time a few hours agon 0n 8/23/2022, dollar rental did not have any cars to rent; called rentalcars.com and their only recommendation was to book locally; went to Avis had pay $599 (instead of the $195 that I booked from rentalcars.com which belongs to booking.com). Horrendous company, horrendous customer service. Apparently they are a european company operating in the US with such immunity with no consequences to their mismanagement.

I will file with BBB and all other autorities unless rentalcars.com or booking.com reaches out to me to make this right.
