Reserving.com review: Hotels

Hello,I booked a hotel at Carlton-Europe Vintage Adults Hotel Interlaken $317.59 for Dec [protected] Booking no. [protected].This hotel is scam. There are so many issues with this hotel. The hotel did not provide the specified room and services as mentioned. No refund processed yet inspite of multiple attempts on resolution. The hotel said Reserving.com only can refund for the inconvenience. I will involve my attorney and complain to DOT if this persists. For my hotel booking at Interlaken worth $320, the hotel check-in was delayed. The room was different and smaller than described. Cleaning was not done for days. They asked me to check-in to a different room after hours of wait and phone calls. The other room was way cheaper than my original booking. The AC and heat were not working. The toilet had plumbing issues. The room lock was not working. Breakfast buffet was asked to paid an additional fee. When asked, I was also subject to racist comments. The manager said the travel agency will process a refund for the inconvenience but I have not received it yet. I lost mental peace and will involve my attorney if this persists. Request a full refund to my credit card.
