Respiratory Care & Sleep Medicine review: Medicine care

I started going to RCSM Dr. Alvarez in September 2019. And after all the time with appointment Dr. Alvarez told me that I had junk in my lungs. That was it I called and called looking for more of medicine care from Dr. Alvarez and got the run around from the doctor and everyone that worked in the office. After being in the hospital (UF in Jacksonville). The doctor at UF email Baptist Dr.Alvarez office no one returned a phone of email. On April 24, 2020 someone from the billing department call me and I asked if someone can call me back another day so I ended the phone call. About 1 to 2 hrs later someone from billing call to again. I Wish someone would have called me about my medical condition and care.
