I ordered a trial and paid postage. I immediately tried to call this company located in my home state. After days of listening to recordings, I sent the package back with delivery confirmation and a letter telling them that I had contacted my Credit Card Company and I will refuse any future charges. I also called the BBB and they have numerous complaints filed and stated they couldn't contact them either by phone or mail. Today I have 2 more charges from them billed as "VIT Certified Resveratrol($64.95) and VIT Live Lean CR for ( $24.95)" I have not heard of the latter one nor have I ordered that product, whatever it is.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also had the same thing happen to my bank acct. after I watched oprah winfrey and barbra walters in there own words from video's endorsing the product, I thought how could I go wrong. I ordered the free bottle with no obligations and $.99 postage. one month later I was getting a computer call from my bank on a saturday from there fraud prevention program. I didn't authorize the charges on my acct. so the program canceled my card for me until I could get into the bank on monday to reorder another card. I went to the bank on monday and found out the charges came from an express berry in israel. I went home and looked online at the [protected] number that was given with the charge and I found a large amount of complaints against a product called reveratrol. the very product that I watch oprah and barbra speak so highly of. I was shocked and beside myself with this information. I still plan to write a letter to oprah and barbra to offer them the benefit of the doubt. they my have been bamboozled as well.
I also ordered this product on line thinking it was only.99 for a 15 day suppl. well I checked my account online to find I had been charged 87.13 plus, 70 handling fee. I called to get refund when they told me I hadn't cancelled in time. well their advertisment says 30 day money back guarantee but I can't get anywhere with these people. when I stated I wanted to talk to a superviser they wouldn't let me and then hung up. so buyer beware. stay away from this company.
I have never purchased online products before and after watching dr. oz via oprah promote the product I thought I would give this a try.in may 2009 I ordered the product for the free 15 day trial and was charged 99 cents. the I was then charged $87.13 taken directly from my credit card on june 8th. when I attempted to call the number [protected] the number was continuously busy. when attempting to contact the website www.resveratrolultra.com no information was provided about canceling the product. after a lengthy search online I could not find anything which would lead me to contacting the company. I then called my credit card company, chase cards, only to be connected to the company directly while I was on hold unbeknownst to me. then I was given a cancellation confirmation number and was told I would not have another $87.13 taken out of my account next month. what is disturbing is that my own credit card company transferred me to this company somehow while I was on hold to chase. the company resveratrol is fraudulent and now I am suspicious about how the credit card company could transfer me to the company without informing me and how did they have the correct number and the number provided to customers was wrong. never again will I purchase anything online.
I went today and cancelled my card because the company charge me twice 87.00 in 11 days I am charged again... scam... In May 2009, I received a sample of Resveratrol from the Vit Live Lean Co.[protected]). I declined the offer for any reorders. In June 2009, I was billed $24.95 from the above Co. When I was finally able to contact customer service from the above number--after 2 calls and 45 minutes on hold, I was informed that the charge was for a membership ?-from a different company. I will assuredly contest this charge with my credit company.
I made an error and said the product came from California it actually comes from Florida. I can still drive to Florida and back in 8 to 10 days.
Another thought on their phone message at [protected]. It claims their facility is FDA approved yet in Dr Who's interview with Harpo and freinds, Oprah asks if the product is FDA approved, the Dr Skirts the question...go check it out.
I noticed the same type of product can be purchased from other sources for $16.00 a bottle. Something worth investigating.

Anyone know if there are any class action suits against them? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I emailed all the reputable sources (CNN, WebMD, etc) that they cite on their scamming site to let them know they were being used to promote a scam. I cancelled the credit card I used.
Tried to cancel the "subscription" I inadvertently signed up for, with no satisfaction. Email they give doesn't work. Website they give doesn't work. Endless hold at their listed cancellation phone#.

I was lead to believe this introductory bottle was 99 cents- I received a charge on my credit card for $87.13 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $2.61- When I called the company they informed me by saying yes to the small printed terma and agreements I had agreed to a monthly transaction-- I cancelled- How many other people have been scammed?
I ordered a free trial of RezV. It was supposed to be 3.95 shipping and handling. They charged me 87.+ change, and I sent it back immediately with a letter not to send me any of it, I did not want it, and etc. Charge did not come off my card. I called several times but could not get connected to a service representative.
Then Visa Fraud Protection called me on a Sunday to see if I had made a charge of 83.18 + small amounts, and I said no. She said they would block my card and the charges were out of Cypress.
I went to the bank to dispute them. Cannot be disputed because I have no proof I sent it back and need the conditions to show them.
I can't get anyone at the company. So now I am out 160.00 +. Don't ever get one of those trial offers. It is a scam.
Do not fall for this scam! you will find warning after warning on the internet, even on the resveratrol site! you'll see a couple of mine there if they haven't removed them.
They suck you in and you can't get out while they keep charging your credit card $87. this month they charged my cc 2 times. june 2, and june 19, and I didn't even recieve an order yet (other than the trial bottle) I have tried to cancel and they will not co-operate. they have lied to me, saying they would only charge me $40 because the product was already shipped. 1 - it was not shipped - 2 - now they don't even recognize the $40 agreement (just to get out of this mess). so now my credit card has these two $87 charges on it. what's going to happen next month?
You know their main target are people growing 0lder. some of us on social security. that's a chunk of money for someone on a fixed income.
We have to fight back to keep them under investigation and finally form a class action suit against them. notify the attorney generals consumer protection dept., your credt card company, better business bureau, criminal defense agy., etc, any place you can think of to bring this scam down. hundreds of people are in this same situation.
I should have known when I saw the product spelled two different ways and then there was no packing slip. so we have no information to use.

I feel ridiculous for falling for this if you want to cancel your have ordered and want to cancel via the web the site is /www.myordersupport.com but it doesn't give you a confirmation number when you cancel the order. So when they charge you again and you call to ask for a refund they ask what your confirmation number was when you cancelled. Which you don't have because the website doesn't give you a confirmation number. I sure wish I'd googled Resveratrol scam before I signed up for the free sample. I'm down $170.00 and feel like a fool.

Can you tell us which resveratrol company is ripping you off? Not all of them are bad so it's nice to know which to look out for.
How many complaints does it take to highlight, if not prove, that this and other companies are not up front about the actual charges for their products! I got on the web site for resveratrol and there is no mention of a "subscription, nor the product costing $87.13, nor the fact one has to call to cancell a"subscriptiom". the representative tried to argue that this is stated under the"terms and conditions. there is no in dication one should look any further under this section, e. g., "click here" (it could be in bold letters to be fair! to be truthful! and honest!)! it could be explained and the cost of the product listed! I kept a copy of the web page and reviewed it; there is no mention of "subscription, or needing to call etc.! I found another web page that alludes to one being inducted into something which must be cancelled within two weeks, but 1) there was no notification of anything on the web page which I went through; 2) this 2cd add still wasn't clear; 3) still didn't mention a price 4) was not anywhere near bold highlight (rather - a faded brown within a brown backgroud) so it is still secretive!
Where can a consumer go to complain and get the laws changed? I have even seen where companies write in thier own praises for how easy it was to return a product! this is a lie! no one writes on a complaint page how easy it was to return. why was the product returned anyway?

I ordered from "vital prime laboratories" which has a complete website looking extremely official and bragging about their terrific customer service. they said allow 4 weeks for delivery and here it is 5 weeks now, and i've tried calling their phone no. on the website 6 times, left messages with no response. I have faxed them 2 times no response. I have e-mailed them at their website customer service e-mail address at least 6 times and no response. I have tried to contact them over 10 days with absolutely no response. I even contacted the bbb and they are not listed, even though they are supposedly an llc in located in seneca, ny.

I ordered the free trial just 10 days ago and my order arrived 8 days after ordering. I wish i had read all the complaints first. I have tried all weekend to reach this company and after a long wait on hold it always says "Thank you for calling. Goodbye!" I immediately called Visa and cancelled my card. Careful as I was, I did cancel immediately so as not to get monthly supplies. the double scam part is that canceling the order did not stop the online healthtrekker which is supposedly in fine print somewhere, and I am charged monthly, unless I cancel that also.
This is a tricky one b/c you don't have something physical coming in your mail but comes through your email which is discarded automatically as spam.

Before I signed up for the resveratrol ultra as recommended by dr. oz, I read about a lady's credit card being charged in israel. I did not heed the warrning. I applied for the free trial of resveratrol, acai berry and colon plus on may 29th. I cancelled within the trial period and spokeeto one reprresentattve who assured me that everything was okay. since june 16th and even up to today I continue to be billed $88.00, $89.15 and today $40.00. one male customer service person was rude and two other mannerly ones convenienttly lost phone conact while talking to me. unfortunately I used my debit card. be warned. the scam is awful.
Call [protected]. It took 7 minutes for them to answer but they canceled my account with no further charges other then the .99 cents for shipping. They were quite nice about it also. They told me not to ship it back but to give it to a friend. I had an allergic attack within 10 minutes of taking the first and only pill I took.

I ordered a free trial of resvetrol and gave my credit card info to pay the shipping charges only..of $3.58 and wanted to see if these vitamins were worth buying. I went to my doctor with unopened bottle and he said iI cannot take them because they had caffeine in them and I have high blood pressure.
They have been sending me bottles each month, and charging my credit card for shipping of 5.95 and cost of resvertrol is $85.00. All phone numbers are an answering machine which says to hold for custoner service, then cuts you off so there is a beeping number only. They tell you to go to the website which is no help at all. Total scam. They have charged me $192.06 so far and I have 5 unopened bottles of resvervetrol.
Just be persistent. They'll grant your request sooner or later. The no. I called was [protected]. I pushed myself of calling them like at lease twice a day. After a week, they finally responded to my request.
Has anybody figured out how to get their money returned?
I received my "free trail" and a week later my debit card was charges 88.87. I was not even given the 15 day trial period. I called immediately & cancelled as there is no way I will pay that much for something that did not seem to make a difference in how I felt. I have never received another bottle but I also have not received a refund of the 88.87.

It sounds like this company sells several health products (or claims to). I order the 15 day free trial of resveratrol. it had been almost a week and half, and I had not received anything. of course I have been very anxious to get started, so I looked up the number on my credit card statement and called. number would not go through. after extensive research, I found a customer service number, called, was on hold for about 10 minutes, however did get to talk to a live person. he claimed that they did not receive an order from. at any rate, I cancelled my credit card because I didn't even want to deal with it (any potentially recurring or additional unauthorized charges). A. duplicate the website (except as expressly provided elsewhere in this agreement or as permitted by law);
B. create derivative works based on the website or any of the materials;
C. remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the website or any of the materials contained therein;
D. frame or utilize any framing techniques in connection with the website or any of the materials;
E. use any meta-tags or any other “hidden text” using the website’s name or marks;
F. “deep-link” to any page of the website;
G. circumvent any encryption or other security tools used anywhere on the website (including the theft of user names and passwords or using another person’s user name and password in order to gain access to a restricted area of the website);
H. use any data mining, bots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the website;
I. use any device, software or routine to bypass any operational element or to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper working of the website, server or activities conducted therein; or,
J. take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website or its network infrastructure.
7. termination.
A. this agreement shall remain in force as long as you access the website, use any functions or features of the website, or order anything from the website.
B. we reserve the right to terminate this agreement without notice and/or refuse to sell to anyone who we believe, in our sole discretion, (i) has violated any of the terms of this agreement, (ii) is abusing the products or the services we provide, or (iii) is unable to provide us with sufficient information to allow us to properly identify the customer’s real name, address, or other contact information.
8. limitation of liability; no warranties.
A.in no event shall resveratrol ultra or its officers, directors, employees or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages, under any cause of action whatsoever including but not limited to contract, tort, strict liability, warranty or otherwise, for any claim, cause of action, fee, expense, cost or loss (collectively, “claims”) arising from or related to this agreement, the products, or customer’s use of the website or any product.
B. except as otherwise specifically stated in this agreement, the website and all products and services provided to you are provided “as is”, without any warranty whatsoever.
C. you agree that resveratrol ultra’s entire liability for all claims shall be limited, in the aggregate, to the lesser of (i) usd $500.00, or (ii) the total amount of money you paid to resveratrol ultra in the one (1) month period immediately preceding the incident on which your claim is based. this limitation of liability shall apply for all claims, regardless of whether resveratrol ultra was aware of or advised in advance of the possibility of damages or such claims.
D. the warranties and representations specifically set forth in this agreement are the only warranties and representations with respect to this agreement, and are in lieu of any and all other warranties, written or oral, express or implied, that may arise either by agreement between the parties or by operation of law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. none of these warranties and representations will extend to any third person. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
9. indemnification. you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless resveratrol ultra, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, telecommunication providers, and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, loss, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, for all damages directly, indirectly, and/or consequentially resulting or allegedly resulting from your misuse or inability to use the website, or your breach of any of these terms and conditions of this agreement. we shall promptly notify you by electronic mail of any such claim or suit, and cooperate fully (at your expense) in the defense of such claim or suit. if we do not hear from you promptly, we reserve the right to defend such claim or suit and seek full recompense from you.
10. notice. any notice required to be given under this agreement to you may be provided to you by postal mail or by email. if notice is sent by email, such notice shall be sent to the last known email address that you provided to us, and shall be deemed delivered once sent. notices by customers to resveratrol ultra must be sent in writing to the following address: resveratrol ultra, attention: legal, 3007 greene street, hollywood, florida
11. force majeure. resveratrol ultra shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of god, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, tropical storms or other natural disasters; war, riot, arson, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, or terrorism; strikes, or shortages in transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials; failure of the telecommunications or information services infrastructure; hacking, spam, or any failure of a computer, server or software, for so long as such event continues to delay the resveratrol ultra’s performance.
12. miscellaneous.
* governing law. this agreement and all matters arising out of, or otherwise relating to, this agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of florida, excluding its conflict of law provisions. venue for any matter arising from or related to this agreement shall exist solely and exclusively in broward county, florida, and the parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in broward county, florida for such purpose.
* rights to injunctive relief. both parties acknowledge that remedies at law may be inadequate to provide an aggrieved party with full compensation in the event of the other party’s breach, and that an aggrieved party shall therefore be entitled to seek injunctive relief in the event of any such breach, in addition to seeking all other remedies available at law or in equity.
* assignment. the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto will bind and inure to the benefit of their respective assignees, successors, executors, and administrators, as the case may be.
* severability. if for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator finds any provision of this agreement, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
* attorneys’ fees.in the event any party shall commence any claims, actions, formal legal action, or arbitration to interpret and/or enforce the terms and conditions of this agreement, or relating in any way to this agreement, including without limitation asserted breaches of representations and warranties, the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other available relief, its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, including attorney’s fees incurred on appeal.
* no waiver. no waiver of or by resveratrol ultra shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default of the same provision of this agreement. if any term, clause or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be deemed to be severed from this agreement.
* headings. all headings are solely for the convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning, construction or effect of this agreement.
* complete agreement. this agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your access and use of the website and your ordering and use of the products, and supersedes and replaces all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matters.
* modifications. resveratrol ultra reserves the right to change any of the provisions posted herein and you agree to review these terms and conditions each time you visit the website. your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes. resveratrol ultra does not and will not assume any obligation to provide you with notice of any change to this document. unless accepted by resveratrol ultra in writing, these terms and conditions may not be amended by you.

I ordered the trial bottle of resveratrol online for on a couple of month ago $0.99 for shipping. I called and told them I don't want to continue. today I recv'd an overdraft statement showing 3 international fees and a debt charge purchase at 1resv, [protected] of 83.18
I also ordered resveratrol ultra, and had the same experience. I tried to contact the customer service line, but kept getting disconnected. I then called my bank to dispute the $85.00 charge for one bottle of pills, that was supposed to be a free trial! the were able to connect me with a representative who said that there would be no further charges to my bank account. I am wondering just how to stop these rip-off people from debiting my account each month! they are stealing and this is a crime! penny
