I ordered a trial and paid postage. I immediately tried to call this company located in my home state. After days of listening to recordings, I sent the package back with delivery confirmation and a letter telling them that I had contacted my Credit Card Company and I will refuse any future charges. I also called the BBB and they have numerous complaints filed and stated they couldn't contact them either by phone or mail. Today I have 2 more charges from them billed as "VIT Certified Resveratrol($64.95) and VIT Live Lean CR for ( $24.95)" I have not heard of the latter one nor have I ordered that product, whatever it is.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I couldnt reac the company tocancel the trial period untill I recived the changers for the vitiman @75.00 and anouther chage for some web site that I am not interrest in belonging to for anouther additional 24.95$ which ia also non refundable I never used the web site never will and want to send the product back and the company refuses to accept or remove any charges! too bad probly would have keep the product if they didnt scam!
I ordered the resveratrol ultra for the free trial to see if I liked it. I didnt. it made me feel ill. so I called the company and asked to be removed. the guy on the other line said I need to get the cream that goes with it. I said I didnt want the cream or the pills. I said do not touch my cc as I know about this scam. I hung up. that was a few weeks ago. today I received another bottle of this and a whopping bill of $80. plus shipping and not only that, but they also sucked another $80. for the first free bottle. what a scam. nothing is free! free trials dont exist.. if it says free, please run... they will hit you hard.
Un-authorized billing to credit card account
Once I authorized this company to charge a 99 cent shipping charge to my credit card for a free sample, they
continued to ship product and charge over a $1000 to my credit card. These charges were completely unauthorized. They will not refund monies or accept returned product.
In addition, they do not use the same company name when sending charges to VISA.
As advertised, I signed up on-line for a free sample and was required to pay only 99 cents shipping with my credit card. BUT once they got my credit card they started shipping product to me about every 10 days. I was at my second home for two months and by the time I got back, over $1000 had been charged to my credit card.
The various charges have different 800 numbers to call but most go to the same place.
They advertise "free sample" but instead ship lots of product and charge for it.
They advertise "satisfaction guaranteed" but refuse to reverse unauthorized charges or accept returns.
I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol and paid s&h. Then I noticed I was charged 87.13 for the product and I havent received it yet. Was told I would not get a refund as my free trial was over. ? I dont have the product yet to do a trial with. Free trial is a scam to get your money cause you dont get a trial with the product, your charged before you get it.
I order a sample which was free, and I only had to pay 0.99 for shipping and handling that was one thing now they sent me another bottle I did't order and when you try to call them all you get the lines are business go on my ordersupport.com, and chat with a live operator same thing busy, tryed texting it wouldn't send.

same happen to me...
I agree with most, I guess, complaints, Whether on not the products works is moot. It is their method of billing, to say nothing of the outlandish cost, that irks me. You have to look carefully, research diligently, to find you have signed up for a continuing subscription.
I did manage to finally talk with them and was able to stop future billings and get a RMA, (return authorization number). I will be sending the shipment back as it interfers with a particular blood pressure medicine. It remains to be seen if I get my account credited. The odd adage about, " You don't get something for nothing", still holds true today. even more so!
FWIW, I used the telenumber [protected] and hit 0 at every prompt. I even hit it when I was on hold. Something worked as I got through.
I ordered the free trials, then I read their hidden terms, I immediately tried to cancel the free trials as I couldn't afford the monthly supply I had unbeknowst to me ordered by accepting the free trials. Im tried phoning, I tried online chat. I received no contact at all.
I have cancelled my credit cards. Imfeel this is theonly way to catch thrm at their own game. I am very reluctant now to order anything online, it has given online business a bad name.
I called my cc company to explain unauthorized charges by fwm, one of the companies marketing resvertrol and their fraudulent practices i've read on various blogs by upset consumers. my cc co offered to block the merchant's billing and even phoned the company so she could conference in our conversation where the rep agreed to cancel my acct and all future shipments, provided the much coveted rma number and stated my acct should be credited 87.13 within 5-7 days. I did not have to cancel my acct. call your cc company for assistance with this matter and save yourself some grief, frustration and money.
I ordered the trial offer of resveratrol for $6.95. they automatically enroll you in their monthly plan for $39.99 unless you cancel your subscription. I canceled as soon as I received my trial bottle and actually spoke with the guy on the voicemail (who I assume is the owner). the guy confirmed my cancellation and then a month later I got the $39.99 charge on my amex! I had a feeling when I spoke to him that he wouldn't cancel it. he seemed annoyed that I canceled and tried to talk me out of it. do not give this man your credit card info!
Just come back from bank to find 83 euros taken from bank without permission after paying 4 eur for postage and free sample if any body knows a complaint line or live chat of viv3 I would appreciate it unless something was put in ultra small print I like other many people have been ripped off. please contact bryan_grace@hotmail.com
I ordered the free trial bottle of ResVeratrol and only needed to pay shipping and handling of $0.99. My receipt showed a discount of $87.13 for the product. No where on the web page or on my receipt said that it was for only a limited amount of time and you would be charged $87.13. When I called, there was no one to speak to on the phone. There was an option to cancel your account which I did. I also received a foreign transaction fee on my account.
I ordered the free sample for 0.99 cents. it didn't come until I had been scammed on my credit card with two charges for $87.13 and two charges for $83.18 plus shipping for $1.95 twice and another for $2.00/twice. my credit card has been charged. I have tried to reach them on line as well as by phone. they are crooked and cheating us. we need to stop them!
I have had the same problem with the resveratrol item. I called my bank and had them check how far back this whole problem started. upon looking at my account the lady
I was talking to at the bank discovered 4 different telephone numbers to call. you can bet that I got on the phone and started to call them all. I did get in touch with a person
At this number-[protected]. he pulled up my account and proceeded to cancel that account. I let him know about the different numbers that had appeared on my account and he was not familiar with those numbers. I just finished talking to him and he assured me that as of next month I should not see these charges on my checking account. I will follow up.

This company has been charging my credit card for unauthorized charges i'm not even sure what the product is. my credit card company was called and I believe they go under another name because I have over 177- worth of charges by 2 companies but I believe they are one in the same.
I paid the shipping charges for a free sample of resveratrol, I think it was $.99. The next thing you know, they send me another bottle and charge me $88.00 for it. I called to complain and they said I ordered the extra bottle. I got ripped off. I even cancelled my credit card so they wont charge me anymore.
Order the trial size and contuined to recieve product and charged to my credit card. Contacted my bank got the 800 number which is always busy web site doesn't help. So now I will report it as fraud. I have 4 unopened bottles that I did not order but was charged for.
All the claims of "scam" are a clear sign that legal action needs to be taken. My wife tried this product, returned the original, and for 90 days has been told "you need to talk to this dept, or fax this in, or we didn't get it." Well, after 90 days, they will not issue a credit. We're seeking legal action as we have the phone records showing calls, as well as the delivery confirmation of the returned product. Today, we open the mailbox and discover a box of their product. My wife went ballistic! Best advice, don't buy into get rich quick, get healthy quick, or get enhanced quick, as they are all just quick ways to drain your $ faster than the federal government.
The website says $3.95 shipping and handling for a free trial!
I received one bottle of this product.
After they charged $87.13 on my credit card, I called, cancelled and got a return authorization number and promptly returned it.
I have not received any more product, but now, they have again charged the credit card for $83.18.
This is a huge rip off.
This si ridiculous. Anyone interested in a class action suit? I am game.
I received the same free bottle of resveratrol and paid only the shipping fee of $ .99. Did not no about the charge of $87 til I received my credit card bill. However my husband called and spoke with someone and was given the information to send the stuff back and canceled any further shipments (supposedly) Guess what showed up in the mail today? I opened the package because it does not give the company name of who is sending the package. So NOW I have to send back another box of the stuff and called the credit card to not allow any further charges from this company. I totally believe this is a scam. Stay away from this.
I too was conned out of $87.13 by this company resveratrol, hollywood, fl. when I complained to my credit union they told me to try to resolve the problem myself and gave me a phone number which I called and got a call center in india although they swore they were in florida. after a big argument with "nick" he finally gave me a code number and said to return the product and to sure and put the code on the package and they would take my name out of their database and refund my money. well that was forty days ago and I still don't have my money, apparently they have thirty days to make the refund. yesterday I called my credit union again and told them that more than thirty days had passed and faxed them copies of the return receipt and the letter that I sent accompanying the product. I told my cu that I wanted my money back, I didn't care who paid me, the shyster company, the credit union or visa but I wanted my money back. the cu have credited me the $87.13 and said that they and visa would now take over and after they contact the company they have another thirty days to respond to the complaint and if they don't respond then they will take the money back from them. I have complained to the florida ag office, the bbb and the ftc. why someone doesn't stop this company from doing business is beyond me.
I ordered.99 cent trial size and was billed the.99 cent plus 79.95. I don't even know how to get in touch with them to conplain.
I would change my credit card number, they will rip you off until we the people shut them down... call your better business bureau, and attorney general... the more people to complain, the quicker scams likes these will cease to exist..
I have been scammed to i am not going to give up this is by Trading planet Ltd with the product Resveratrol
They took me to the cleaners over a supposed free trial bottle of reservatrol for weight loss they only took £1.99 for the postage because all they actually wanted was my credit card details then they stole £76 on the first week of october then another £76 yesterday I got a cancellation number and took it to my bank and they will stop any further payments but this is a new clever type of scam they con you into ticking some box so that you are giving them permission to deliver a bottle every month and remove the money for the goods from your account which you gave them willingly for the supposed free trial what fools we are my doctor said I had to lose weight so I thought I will try this offer and see if it works and of course I would have ordered it if it worked but its the stealthy way they did it and believe it there are at least another 4 to 5 companies this same guy has all doin the same. I do believe in the law of karma and sad to say this guy is in for some heavy return stuff. get to your bank take the print outs of all our claims and get them to move your money or cancel account and reopen elsewhere because I have a friend who was paying for a year before it got stopped by another scammer!
I ordered only the trial offer. I didn't get the product until 2 wks later. the trial period is only 14 days. the terms and conditions did not state that it would turn into a automatic delivery. I was chaged on 7/1/09 $87.13-which was not even supposed to be charged, this was the free trial. I was also charged $83.18 on7/17/09. I cancelled my order and now I am afraid that they will keep sending and charging me for the product. I am calling my credit card company first thing in the morning to file a complaint and freeze my account.
I too have been ripped off by this fraudelant company even here in good old new zealand to the tune of $180.00nzd.
My advice is not to go near this product or this rip off company.
I too have been ripped off to the tune of $180.00 nzd

I had no problem to cancel! Just called the number on my my bank statement…. Is this one: 0044 [protected].
I had to wait for 30 seconds before someone answered the phone, but since it’s for free anyway.
These guys have different phone numbers depending on your country... the idea is to make it a toll-free call, nothing crazy or mysterious :D
I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:

LB is for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:

Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.

I was contacted this morning by a collection agency claiming that I owe $80.00 to Advanced Fitness Labs for an order dated 7/1/09. They claim my credit card was declined. This is the first I had heard of this! I had cancelled the order way back then. This is a terrible way to conduct business, and a class action suite should be filed.
Good job.
I saw from Oprah's twitter account that she disclaimed being connected with this acai berry products. Next time, don't be tricked with pictures of celebrities posted on the sites of these weight loss products. And call [protected]. I tried only once and my active account with fwm was removed.
After watching the 60 minutes story and reading recommendations from Oprah's Dr. Oz, I believed this to be a credible company and ordered a one-time, 4 month supply of Resveratrol. The company charged my account $170.94, but never shipped the product. I have verified this with UPS. I have made several calls to their customer service department, but have yet to get any results. Each time the reps, or supervisors have promised that I will be contacted by the shipping department. This has not happened. I am extremely disappointed that this company was able to receive so much support from credible promoters. I never would have ordered it otherwise.
we received the trail shipment and my wifes doctor said that upon looking it over that he didnt want my wife to take this product.i called but was hung up on every time.we called to cancel this product but we couldnt talk to anyone.this company is a scam artist first classs.please be aware that your getting hooked up if you order from this company.it will cost me 12.00 to go to the bank and get there charges dropped and they will receive no more money from my account.if there is a class action suit on this please put my name in.thank you for nothing you low lifes.
The same thing has happened to me. my bank account also states that it is from xprsberry. I call and call the number listed but it continues to be busy.
What do I do?
I put down the name weight solutions as one of the names they run under and it should be weight secrets.
