1stwindows.com Seller stopped to communicate with me

I ordered windows from the website www.1stwindows.com. The seller charged me for completely different price, as well as they delivered them with the delay. Also the windows were inappropriately wrapped and therefore one window broke. I argued with the seller for a long time, and finally he agreed to replace it. But after several days, the stopped to communicate with me and didn’t replace it. Please leave comments if you had the same situation as I had.

Argun you make no sense since I am the one that handles and issue with service. Any broken windows are rare because they are delivered by the manufacturer and everybody packages the windows the same way.

We know you are one of our competitors so stop placing the bogus reports.

1stwindows.com The window is broken.

My husband and I had new windows installed. Ever since that date we have been fighting with 1stwindows.com to come out and resolve our problems with these windows. This company has been putting us off now for 5 months saying they are waiting on the manufacture! My husband has health issues and decided to pull money out of our savings to pay for the windows in cash. We can't get anyone from this company to fix this problem! The window is broken.

Stop placing Bogus reports... We don't even install windows. We sell them direct to homeowners and contractors. We know you are one of our competitors placing these adds. I handle any service issues that arise and I have no idea who your are except that you also sell windows and are trying smear our reputations.
