38dollarglasses.com Totally disgusted with 38dollarglasses customer service!

Never again I will order anything from these clowns! They sent me the incorrect frame and refused to replace it or refund me! Contacted 38DollarGlasses many times, but they said no over and over again! What kind of customer service is that? These people do not respect their customers and their whole business is just a scam! Do not order from them! Glasses were fine, but I'm totally disgusted with their so called customer support!

38dollarglasses.com differing opinion on lenses ordered

$99 Groupon for RayBan prescription frames/glasses. Good price for nice, designer frames. I inadvertently sent this company incorrect prescription info (100% my fault.) They charged me an addl $99 for progressive lenses (per my prescription) for $200 total. I noticed my error when the glasses arrived because I could not see any better. Took them to Costco Optical in my town to get proper lenses installed (again, fixing the problem based on my error.) Costco replaced the lenses with my correct prescription info (correct and incorrect were both supposed to be progressives). They also mentioned that it was their opinion (3 techs at Costco Optical) that the original lenses were not progressives. 38DollarGlasses asked me to send everything back to Canada and they will replace if found to not be progressive. I already replaced them locally, so that was not a valid option. He said-she said, I suppose. I just wanted to share what Costco Optical technicians said to me about the lenses. Now that I have shared, I am done with this whole ordeal.

Dave Power, get a grip. We have PROOF of the lenses that were installed in your glasses and you know it. Just because your threats and intimidation didn't work doesn't give you licence to libel and slander us.

38dollarglasses.com Their advertisement is fault, and you won't receive what you see at the picture

The website 38dollarglasses.com offers branded glasses for affordable prices. I ordered one pair of glasses, and the seller charged me and sent a tracking number. When the parcel arrived, the glasses looked so cheap and weak that I never used them. The customer services team is busy all the time, and you can’t reach the seller. Their advertisement is fault, and you won’t receive what you see at the picture.

"Their advertisement is fault" ? You ordered a particular frame, you received EXACTLY what you ordered!?!? How is this a complaint? We are a licensed distributor of authentic brand names!
