Refund never received
Ordered a sectional in November 2022 with delivery date of Jan 03, 2023. Delivery date kept getting pushed out until April so I requested a refund in February. Please do not do business with this company! Order placed on 7/19/22: customer service told me order was on a slight delay. 8/20/22: 9/2022: cancelled the order after 2 months and now 4 months later they are still not issuing refund for the cancelled product! 10/11/22: inquired about credit and I was told they were "looking into it" 11/22/22 - still no refund and I had to file a cliam with my credit card company!
