I will definitely never order for a second time from the company
Same tale as the others really. Only when I mentioned the possibility for them to make even more CASH they answered my emails. Recently received the CASH back. The other complains on this web site (search ADULTDVDSITE instead of ADULT DVD SITE) denonces this company as fake, just a scam or as they say bogus. I do not know whether it is right but their methods are not business like. I will definitely never order for a second time from the company.
Little or no contact regarding order not recieved
My husband and I placed an order for a dvd and spray from the above company. www.adultdvdsite.co.uk we used a .co.uk site as we thought this would be alot safer to use than compared to a .com site. I ordered 2 dvds which were showing as in stock then when I checked my order on the website a week later it said out of stock but they had already taken the payment from my bank. I e-mailed them 5 times about this without reply the number given is not working I think they are fraudsters or have gone bust either way I've lost £40 DONT GO THERE ! IT SAYS IT IS A UK SITE BUT IT ISN'T. I have had to cancel my card now which is more hassle as well.
Simply awful
I ordered a title from this website. After a few weeks, I received a title, but it was the wrong one. I then contact them via the website, and asked their advice. I then returned the DVD title (by adding Return to sender) on the packed. I was then told (via email) that they will send out the correct title (This was stated on the 16th July).
Since this date, I have not received the title requested, and although they did reply to a few of my enquiries, it is now the 23rd September, and I have still not received the title, despite several 'enquires' : My last one (a week ago) was written in anger, and not 100% polite (use * to substitute letters of swear words) but by this point I'd had enough!
I had orderd other titles in previous orders, which arrive fine, and yet this one not so (title was called 'Extreme Close up with Jenna Jameson).
It is not just the cost: it's the principle of not getting what I ordered.

Not received order properly
I ordered 3 dvds for 20 quid each in january, i got send 1 wrong dvd.. i sendet it back and they said they will replace it.. but i only got 2 answers for my mails and then they ignoring me. now how can i get my money back or the replacement disk?

Adultdvdsite is NOT a safe site to use. They take your money, steal your details and sell them to other companies. They don't send your DVDs what you ordered, you might aswell burn your money on a bonfire as this company will not send what you ordered. When you contact them they ignore you, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. HOW THEY CAN STILL BE TRADING I DON'T KNOW? AVOID SCAM.
Scam and cheating
Don't usually need to do this, but feel I should make you all aware of this site. Similar story to the above... bought 2 dvds from the site ..paid on 9th april 09...the goods were both (2dvds) advertised as in stock.. dispatch within 48 hrs.
2 weeks on after numerous emails about no goods I have had 2 replies .. on on the 15th, and 1 on the 20th april. These are generic emails saying the dvds are being back ordered and with be with them within 7 working days..mabye up to 28. I recieved the same mail twice.
I said this isn't good enough as the goods are not in stock and for the duration, from ordering to this day, those goods are advertised as in stock, which they aren't. This is bait advertising I do believe and totally illegal (have read into this).
I would be happy with a mail just saying when I can expect them, apparently I am asking to much. Will keep you updated on the results of this. Depending on the outcome I will be contacting trading standards.

SCAM WEBSITE WWW.ADULTDVDSITE.CO.UK they need to be shut down fraud website i am very suprised they are still trading and ripping people off.
Rip off company
Placed 2 seperate orders for 4 DVDs for a Special weekend stated selections in stock and ships immediately took money immediately informed items on back order two template responses sent heaps of emails to Aus and Uk offices asked for refund left phone messages at Aus Contact number no response. Just a rip off company all beware read the other claim seems like they do the same in the UK.

Contact GeoTrust, This company supplies adultdvdsite with secure server ssl, so customers can be safe on line it a joke isnt it
adultdvdsite they are still ripping people of and it lookes like no body can do any thing about it, there site is still running sweet, i contacted just host who host there site complained to them about them hosting there rip of site, they are to get back to me, thats what people need to do pile on the presure and shut these crimminal rip off site down

Totally useless rip off company - do not order from this site - got 2 out of 4 titles - no-one ever answers if you try to contact - website says they sent one I never received the other one shows as an outstanding item still on order after 8 months!
i brought a dvd from them said in stock, paid with my visa money took straight away, email from them out of stock 28 days to wait, so i waited 2 months and then sent them about 15 emails, as today i still havent got any dvd, they are a ripp off site that just takes your money and you my friend get nothink, i have since leaned they have been running there web site since 2003 and we are now 2010, some serious amout of money ripped off lookes like to me

can you please tell me why within six seconds of that payment there was two attempts to take money from my account one from switzerland for £18.06 and the united states of america for £0.00?
my bank contacted me with whom i spoke too and told me that it is the same company name as yours for the £17.56?
and now the dvd i ordered is out of stock!
if i do not receive my order i will set up a blog to avoid your site!
if you are not a fraudulent company can you please pass this onto a manager and ask why, as i am concerned about the two attempts from overseas?
p.s i have now chosen a different dvd, can you please tell me if that has been posted as you say 24 hours.
as it took 48 hours to tell me the dvd i originally ordered which said in stock at the time of order! to say its out of stock.

I placed an order in November and for over a month, it kept showing as out of stock. I sent order enquiries, tried to cahnge the order, sent e-mails to support and admin e-mail addresses and got nowhere. I started to get a bit nasty with them and pointed out that they had stolen money and I would pursue them for illegal trading etc. etc. - still nothing. Then I noticed that they had sent e-mails advertising their end of year sale! These had gone into my spam folder - but the address was... James@adultdvdsite.co.uk so I emailed him and used his name - suggesting that he would not wish to be involved in the illegal dealings of this company and that I would appreciate it if he would action my request to cancel the order. Later that day - I had 2 responses and my money had been refunded!
Furthermore, I sent an email to abuse@hostway.co.uk which is the company that provides the hosting for adultdvdsite - and I pointed out to them as well, that they probably shouldn't be associating with a company that is breaking the law!
