customer service in chattogram sales office
Hi There,
I regret to make this formal complaint regarding your customer services in Chattogram. However Ipersonally am highly disappointed at the way they treat their customer. Firstly they are extremely rude at providing any information. Secondly they choose to make their valuable customer wait and go for lunch (all employees at the same time) I entered the office at 2pm and after 20 minutes I am still waiting. And they are not apologetic about it. Never expected such worst service from a reputed airline like AIR ARABIA
Cancellation of Tickets
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kuwait in AirArabia for Tuesday on a saturday afteroon . On Sunday we changed our plans decided to take a flight on thursday.
