American Life Insurance Company (Pakistan) Limited MetLife Alico reviews and complaints

My name is Farrukh Akhtar. My life insurance is from Alico and I had previously purchased insurance for all my family members and the insurance numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I ended my insurance policy and told them to inform me about the current status of my policy but I have only recieved information about 4 of the policies and I still don't have information about the remaining 2 policies it has been almost 2 and a half months since I requested the information be provided to me. I was in Pakistan 2 months ago and a half months ago and even visited their multiple times and asked for the information constantly but everytime they had a new excuse and would tell me to come tomorrow. Now I am back in the United Stated and I have been calling their manager who goes by the name Asif and he doesn't answer my calls so I have been messaging him on WhatsApp but all he did was asked for my ID card information which I sent to him but he still hasn't provided me any information about the remaining 2 policies. They even told me that some of the payments regarding the 2 policies were unpaid but then I asked for proof that I did not pay and the next day they told me that it was fine and all my payments were cleared and I didn't need to pay anything, this was highly unprofessional on their part to first accuse me of not paying and then turning back on their word. I am highly dissatisfied in their customer service and how they deal with customers. Is that what they're representing? That how unreliable their company is. This is my first and last experience with their company and I will never recommend this to anyone because of the way I was dealt with. I request that my information be provided to me as soon as possible as it is my right to know the status of my policy.
