UNAUTHORIZED
My mother is 85 years old. I am in the processing of checking her account and noticed this withdrawal each and every month from 09/01/2011. That is as far back as I have record of. I am sure if need be, I can obtain previous bank statements. This is a shame this amount is being withdrawn from a senior whose only income is S.S. This needs to be stopped immediately. I will now be contacting the bank.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
$29.99 a month for 2 years credit card bill for no service or product
Elderly woman being charged on her credit card $29.99 month for 2 years for what the company says they are providing is health service. She has not received any service or product. When calling the company to discontinue Healthy Living, no one was able to assist and was transfered to another dept only to be disconnected.

For the past 2 months there have been charges of 12.99 on my Discover card from this company and I have no idea what for. I never heard of them before this time.
