Your responsibilities/typical weekly schedule:

My ideal Au pair must have experience with children and enjoy spending time with them and should be responsible, active and have a positive attitude. I will need my Au pair to work 16 hours a week. The typical schedule will involve taking Ann to school and bringing her home after school activities. You will also need to get Ann dressed and play with her throughout your working hours. We are an active family and would like our Au pair to take the girl outside to play or on walks at least once a day if the weather is nice.

My families' interests and weekend activities:

We are a very active family and we like to go to concerts, see plays at the local community theater, play tennis on weekends and take hiking trips. We would love to have an Au pair that enjoys swimming as we go to the beach at least twice a month in the summertime and Ann likes to spend the entire day splashing around in the ocean pretending to be a mermaid. Lilly (the family dog) loves Ann and we all go to the park on Sundays. We hope you love the outdoors and pets too. We try and sit down to dinner together as a family each night and talk about the days events. This is very important family time and we hope to have an Au pair who enjoys being part of our family.

My home description /community:

We live in Newport City of Wales, is a lovely place with tree-lined streets. Our town is quiet, and very safe. There are also a lot of fun activities for you to do in your spare time. There are 2 major shopping areas, beautiful parks, great restaurants, quiet cafes and many other entertainment spots.

Once again we congratulate you and look forward to welcoming you.

Thanks,

Mr. Russell Williams

Thanks for the reply; you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish. My wife died about Two years ago when my boy's, Jerry was 2 and Jake was just 1 years old. Jerry and Jake has been my motivation since then and I really want the best for them and that is why I really would want someone really nice and who I can trust to take care of them. This is also the main reason I am looking for an aupair from outside of England as the ones here have too many jobs thereby abandoning kids before the normal close of work time. I work as a building engineer. I am currently on a building contract on the outskirts of my state and so it takes me much time to drive to my son's school. I live in 19 Bakers Row street London .I read through your mail and I hope it will be a pleasure having you work for me. The prime purpose for me finding an aupair is because I have varying and lengthy work hours, but would be very considerate to your time as well. I have just returned back to full-time work and feel as though Jerry and Jake would be best served by having a nanny or an aupair.

THE KIND OF PERSON I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS.

I am looking for someone that I and my son’s can treat as part of a family/friend and not just as a nanny/aupair. Jerry and Jake are easy to get along with you, we want to make you feel comfortable and at home, are easy going, and down to earth. I would like you as an au pair/nanny to be a comfortable care giving partner/companion/sister that is caring, flexible, and will have fun with our family. I would also love our au pair to go shopping with us, go out to eat with us, go to the movies with us, participate in family events, go on trips with us (we love going to amusement parks), share holidays with us, etc.--become a part of our family. We really want someone who will pro actively talk, sing, laugh, interact, and engage with the kids we would really enjoy a light-hearted, fun, and enthusiastic person who's ready for a worthy experience with a young, active family.

BENEFITS, SALARY AND ACCOMODATION.

We have an extremely supporting family here in the area, and the Jerry and Jake's grandparents play very active roles in there live also. I will be paying you 2, 200 GB Pounds for every four weeks and a pocket money of 200 GB Pounds per week for the buying of some things for your self the working hour is just 7 hours per day and your responsibility in my house is just to take care of my boys, on shopping, taking Jerry and Jake to the school bus will pick them up from which is just 2 km ahead from home. And also you have a private room bathroom toilet, TV personal Computer and also if you wish to be having free period from 5 pm to 6 pm are acceptable we are looking forward to the opportunity of meeting you and having you become a part of our happy family. About your coming, I will appreciate you get your documents as early as this month end so as to be sure about your readiness to come.

VISA AND WORK PERMIT PROCESS.

Do you have a valid visa and work permit to stay in the United Kingdom? I know a reputable agency that can help you get your visa, work permit and other documents needed by you at a reasonable cost and very quick. Contact them via email and tell them that you are from me and get back to me with whatever they tell you, you can also check the website which you can fine below for more information on aupair program they are simply the best. Also, let me know anyway I may be of help to you. I will be expecting you reply about any other thing you may wish to know and also some little information about yourself which you want to share with me.

Aupair Scam

We registered on a website to find an aupair. We got a few application but the one we were most interested about was a young lady, british national, going by the name of Ethel Holmes who claimed to have tremendous experience, friendly, considered, playing the piano etc...and God fearing. She send us four references which we did contact (by email) and rapidly get four stellar recomendations. She claimed to be presently employed in a family in Cameroon working for an NGO. She tells us she is ready to join our family. She tells us the plane ticket is rather expensive but seeing we do not offer to pay for it claims that her step father wired her the money. The day before coming, she writes us an email saying she needs a medical exam. A few hours before tacking her flight, she sends us an email saying she needs some shots which will cost 130 euro and ask us to wire the money to the vaccination office and give us the email address: [protected]@dr.com. Sure enough, we rapidly get an answer back from the Center for Vaccination and Control with the name of the person the money should be transfered to by Western Union. Luckily, I googled the name and found it on another aupair site. While we were discussing with Ethel, we tried to speak to her and asked her for a phone number we could reach her on but she always had a good excuse. At this stage, I am convinced this person does not exist but it is simply a scammer who impersonates "ideal" aupair in the hope to get someone to tranfer money for a plane ticket, vaccine or a bunch of other credible story. Looking on the internet, I later found a few people who had unfortunatly transfered money for a plane ticket and were latter ask for money for the shots and then ther was a bus accident and a hospital bill and the story went on and on. It is interesting to note that the @dr, com is indeed a mail.com account as posted on this web site and being used by a lot of scammers.
I hope this post helps someone to avoid the scam.
