BLOCK MY CONNECTION
I have taken LPG gas connection from bharat gas. my consumer no is 23805 from m/s devigas agency, jajpur road. my connection has been blocked and i submitted the required documents for unblock on dated 13/06/2012. But still it is not activated. kindly help us.
Delivery of Gas Cylinder
At first Bharat Gas taking booking after 15 days from the date of delivery of one cylinder to domestic. Then they are deliverying the cylinder after more than 30 days from the date of Booking. Totally it is counting 45 days and more. How one family will run with a Cylinder Only for 45 days ?
Peculiarly, as many times I attempted to register my name for on line gas booking, in the space that I am to insert the name of my distributor, the very space remaining filled in with "select your distributor", with no list of distributors forthcoming by clicking! Simple mockery?

Pankaj gas agency gowrakshan road, akola, maharashtra is harrassing the customers by asking ration card and not delevering the refill cylinders. also they are not properly conducting the home delivery system.

It takes over 35 daya to get a cylender after booking, sometimes more. Cylenders are being sold in black and the asking price is Rs. 600/-. can't this black market be stopped and get distribution normalised? It is high time Bharat Petrolium did some real investigation into this and control the distributers. Hope you will act.
Jwala Gas agency office is closed from many days, so i not book my gas
please tell for new connection how much amount pay for 2 cylinder, one oven, connection tube, tighter, regulator
Since last six months i am warning my dealer for the under weight gas cylinders but no action has been taken by him so far.
Kindly suggest the action plan to be taken to rectify the problem.

For the last 2 months i am booking a LPG Cyl. but nobody delivering the cyllinder. Last thursday they said that on saturday they will deliver tha cyl. but nobody deliver, again on monday they said but action had been taken, once again they give time for today, i.e., 19/06/08 but again no action has been taken till now. I am taking for from my office for this purpose only for which my salary will be deducted. So i just want to is this the service you people are providing to your customer. Even your distributor people do not speake properly to the customer. So in this situation how could you run the company.
