Bharat sancher nigam limited Accute negligencies of goverment corporate firm

1. Refer my toll free registration no: APVIS17091200006 dated 17 sep 2012 and reminder registration no [protected] dated 21/09/12.

2. I have been booked for the installation for Unlimited Broadband connectivity with submission my application with Voter ID and Address proof to one BSNL representative named as Mr.G Papi Naidu ([protected]) with reference Customer ID- [protected], DN NO [protected], Location- Visakhapatnam, Receipt Not: VSK0040626091200269, Foil no: [protected], but the Commercial and the ID provider of BSNL has told me that still they have not received any application, again ask me to put another application. Now question is that why double application and ID proof and address required to apply a single connection of BSNL.

3. Indirectly BSNL has putting the customers spinning of unlimited trouble and intentional misuse of government service. Corrective measure soon will be highly appreciated.

Bharat sancher nigam limited Pseudo online landline bill payment protocol

Please rectify the issue arising in online payment with the innocent landline customer.
I have registered the account through your said procedure and added my telephone number([protected]) then
I tried but your site displaying the “No outstanding bill due”
Or you are not allowing still to pay online.
Also bill is not forwarded still to pay manually which was previously dispatched regularly.
Please guide me or direct your people to act on it or should I roam around for the matter around Visakhapatnam.
After all customer should not suffer to stand in long queue for just paying the just bill which is possible in online.
Are Customer paying for that same to give service to you or to get service from you directly or indirectly.
Please verify the same why is it happening with all the time with customers only.

Cable Fault in Telephone no [protected], complain no 81 dated 23 jul 2010.
The fault is rectified by the concern authority even after frequent reminder, which was also intimated to GM, Telcom district. He assured me to rectify the same at the earliest but nothing has been done so far. I am eargerly awainting the cable rectification. I do not know how many people are getting affected with the same problem issue at Marripalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Prdesh.

I am sure that many people has been badly affected by the same.

Will the BSNL deduct the rental charge taken by monthly?
Who is responsible for the same arising in loss of amount Rs.10000/- perday face in online entra trading due to the irregular service of BSNL?
