Bharti Axa Two wheeler insurance claim

I had taken two wheeler policy with Bharti Axa. My Claim Number is - FO893604. My experience with Bharti Axa is extremely bad even the word (Bad) is not sufficient to explain their poor service. My two wheeler has been stolen and I approached them and every time, they assure me that you will get your claim within 7 working days but still I did not get my claim. It's been 4 months and still they are saying that your claim is in process. What's the difference between robber and them.

Bharti Axa Free look of Policy

Bharti Axa Policy No: [protected] Life to be insured: JANKI VERMA ; Proposer: SHARDA PRASAD VERMA
Policy free looked by me on 24th January 2012 i.e. within 21 days from the date of letter dated 06-01-2011, due to very closed personal reason(settlement of my daughter's marriage). I have paid Rs.25000/- vide PNB Cheque No. 270550 dated 29-12-2011.
At the time of online free look Bharti Axa Insurance Ltd Co. Jabalpur Sr Executive promised me that I will be refunded money by way of DD with 19 working days of company.
Ref: My request No. [protected] date 22.02.2012, [protected] date 27.02.2012 & [protected] date 05.02.2012. Even my several request to the company I could not get my refund within 19 days from the policy free look dated 24th January' 2012. whether it is correct as per company rule? Should I get compensation for not getting refund payment within the time limit from the date of my request dated 24th January'2012?

i have not getting any yearly details of my policy future confident ii [protected]).
i want full details of no. of units per year, charges/year
and total no. of unit i have
you are not sending any correspondence except premium due date.
i am very much disappointed with your service
