Refusing to send won at auction merchandise and undersized stones
I won four lots at auction from this site (aka Mark Bronner), and I've to date only received two, both of which were not the quality listed on the auction site. One of the pieces was a ring which is marked as paid, but the shipping status is and has been for over a week, "pending review". I've asked for a shipping date for the missing lots and Mr. Bronner said to send back the stones I've received and he'll "process" a refund, but I get the feeling he just doesn't want to honor his contract with me.

Fake Stone
Real fake site. They have taken my money and sent a fake stone. Then asked me for more money if I wanted what I had already paid for.
Do not trust this people, they are cheaters. Someone should stop people ripping off through internet sites. Paypal is involved as well and they should not accept this kind of customers.

Just to correct some misunderstandings ... hopefully this will help. I have dealt with all of the related online traders and there exists 2 distinctly different sellers here. Benjamin Bronner of superlight diamonds on ebay is a legitimate and honest diamond merchant of clarity enhanced diamonds. I have never found his clarity grading to be off by more than 1 grade. Colour grading is questionable however this is always a contentious issue. His packaging has never changed since I started buying from him some 4 years ago .i.e ziplock bags in bubble padded envelope shipped via usps.
The rest are from the another supplier who appears to have different aliases/sellers/workers who operate primarily from israel but also have roots in the new york diamond distrinct and perhaps in other countries too: mark bronner, rami aloni, Boris Drobachevsky trading as Bidrise; magnificent.diamonds; diamonds.4.ever and newly Daniel.diamonds who has just deregistered off ebay. All of the later sellers are distincively similar from their ebay pages through to their style of responses and intuitively, I believe that they are one and the same.
They are distinctly different from superlight diamonds for the following reasons:
1. Selling of diamonds that are not as described - "wishful" grading. (I have found them to be consistantly 2 clarity grades or more lower than advertised and colour grading shockingly inacqurate)
2. poorly cut diamond with poor symmetry
3. Champagne, brown or tinted yellow, white diamonds are infact not clarity enhanced yet advertised as so (or perhaps they just have poor knowledge of the products they sell)
4. Larger diamonds or big diamond parcels are shipped from israel.
5. Diamonds are wrapped in gemstone paper and packaged in white envelopes.
I have asked if there is any relation between the two on many occasions and although I never did get an answer I am enclined to believe that there is. Even if they are not related by blood, there is a very stong brotherhood amongst diamond merchants from the same background so no...they will not taint the others image even if it is highly unethical. I do however, feel that this is a one sided love as "rami aloni" did indirectly mention to me that he has some sort of relation to benjamin although superlight diamonds denies any relation to bidrise.
In the end, I have found a trusting dealer in benjamin and have learned the hard way that all is not what it seems in this industry...the lines fair play are truely undefined from here on...
Kreasen
You can now add another seller on ebay. daniel.diamonds he is a new seller on ebay but he is linked with Mark and Benjamin Bronner. His name is Rami Aloni of Jerusalem, however he sells from NY as well. These people are all rip offs and scam artists.
Bidrise did the same thing to me, and i have complained to pAYPAL who does not give a ###.
