SCAM
Billy Ellis and Permanent Roofing out of Oklahoma is a total scam. They put me back in the same coke can alluminum roof that was hail damaged prior. It happened again in less than 3 months. Their customer service is terrible and their salesmen are total snakes. I had 3 different salesmen try to one-up the other--within the same company!!?? Sketchy. I'm...

My mother in law, an 80 yr. old widow, was high pressured into signing a contract to re-roof her home. She has the aluminum roof, like the one Billy Ellis Roofing Company sells, and a salesman knocked on her door. He proceeded to tell her he could get her insurance company to buy a new one. There is nothing wrong with the roof she declared, and he would not leave until she signed a contract. She was very worried that she might loose insurance on her home for filing a fradualent claim. I, her son in law, called Billy Ellis Roofing and cancelled the contract, we never heard from them again. She also wrote a letter, and said she would report them if the salesman ever showed up again on her property.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Do not work for billy ellis roofing this company will screw you out of any money possible, when you buy a aluminum roof and go through insurance proceeds only and your roof get totaled and you get ur new roof put on. if we have a hale storm they come back and go through your insurance and collect on them again..this company scams hard working ppl out of there money.

i have a billy ellis and i love it. the company didnt tell me any lies and they have come and checked on my roof and that a real peace of mind to me.
