I ordered 3 ice scrapers from this company in november, 2022. I finally received them on or about 1/2/2023, when I opened the packaging which was basically a plastic bag, all 3 were broken. I emailed the company immediately asking for a refund and a postage paid return label. I did not want a replacement as they are very cheaply made and can't imagine that...

Cargo Late delivery

with regret i bring this complaint to you and to taken seriously or as an urgent.i have got a cargo in turkey red cross unit to be sent
to uae dubai . the cargo arrived in turkey since july 2014.i have paid all fees required as bellow...

I have placed my Cargo of 25kg weight at ABC Lulu branch on 05-07-2015 at Lulu, Al Khobar, KSA. Still the cargo is not delivered at my home / destination after a commitment of max 20-30 days by the courier agency. please help me to resove this issue. Thanks Raj

KATRINA FAYE JIMENEZ, you have a parcel here in malaysia, kuala lumpur branch, it is here because we dont have any office branch in your country thats why we receive here in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur branch as transit which here is the head office around asia. please try to settle your parcel custom clearance here 2, 800 malaysian ringget, then after you pay this tax for parcel our company promise you that we will deliver your parcel without any delay, because its our responsibility to bring it on your address in your country. the parcel declared mandatory by custom to pay the tax because the kilo limit has already exceed weighing 25kg is over thats why the custom ask you to pay tax, so that once we deliver they will not delay here in the Airport custom, and in your country airport custom.
