Celebrity Smile BILLING MY CREDIT CARD W/O AUTHORIZATION

I ORDERED A SAMPLE OF CELEBRITY WHITE TEETH WHITENER FOR THE COSTS OF POSTAGE ONLY. WHEN ONE OF THEIR LOUD, PUSHY SALES PEOPLE CALLED ME 2-3 DAYS AFTER MY SAMPLE ORDER TO INFORM ME ABOUT "MONTHYLY" SUPPIES, I VEHEMENTLY REFUSED AND CLEARLY STATED I WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE ANY SUCH ORDER BILLED TO MY CREDIT CARD.

I HAVE NOW BEEN BILLED TWICE W/O AUTHORIZING THIS BILLING FOR THE AMOUNT OF $59.95 AND $64.90. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDLANT SCAM. I AM HAVING TO CONSUME MY TIME MAKING COMPLAINTS, CANCELLING ERONEOUS ORDERS, RETURNING PRODUCTS I DID NOT ORDER AND DISPUTING CREDIT CARD BILLINGS.

I INTEND TO PURSUE ANY MEANS POSSIBLE TO END THIS PUBLIC FRAUD!

I was purchasing a sample of the Celebrity White for whiting your teeth, and I rec'd a small tube for $.99. The company charge $149.95 plus $4.50 plus the $.99. And there isn't any thing in the tube. I've called them to stop charging my checking account and I wanted rebursment for all that they have charge me. I contacted BBB on them and contacted my bank to stop all charging. No one can TRUST the internet for the scammers online.

I cannot afford the $64.90 a month and apparently am not being taken off this program. This plACE TRULY NEEDS TO BE INVESTGATED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I returned the unused sample product within the 30 day limit. My account was charged $39.95 for a product they were going to send. I called and cancelled my order and gave the post office tracking number showing that they had received the returned product. One month later I still do not have the credit for my cancelled order.

THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO MAKE A HABIT OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I SHOULD HAVE VISITED THE WEB SITE FIRST. I ORDERED A PRODECT ON FREE TRIAL THEN WAS CHARGED FOR IT BEFOR I RECEIVED THE FREE TRIAL. I HAVE TRIED TO DISPUTE THIS BUT TO NO AVAIL. ALL OF US SHOULD GET A REFUND & THE COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Like Patricia, I ordered the "sample" for $4.95. I received that. And without ordering any more, I was sent another "sample" and my card was charged $39.95 and then $44.90! It's got to be a scam! I called the "customer service" number and was told "due to the 'popularity' of our product, the wait time is 161 minutes."

Celebrity Smile SCAM!!

WHAT A SCAM! Doesn't work worth a darn. Also they expect you to put this on TWICE A DAY and not close your mouth and walk around 'smiling' like a [protected]@$$ for 15 minutes at a time. They billed my credit card $39.95 AFTER I cancelled and they basically told me 'too bad'. I was only able to get part of that back (well, not yet--we'll see) but they seem to take pride in ripping you off! There's no free trial. They still end up getting more than $25.00 of your money. DON'T FALL for it!

I too, ordered the trial sample for $1.98 and am being sent monthly orders that I have not authorized. They are charging 56.00 for a small tube that does not even work. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and see what they do, but will not pay for something that I did not order. There was no mention of a monthly delivery in the original Free trial order and I never signed up for one.

I ordered the trial product for $4.95. The trial was over in 14 days and a charge of $12.95 would be charged for continued orders monthly. They stole $169.95 from my bank account and are refusing to refund the money, althrough I canceled. This is robbery without a gun. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I had the sample about a week and had not had a chance to use, when they robbed my account. I have since read that the Better Business Bureau has warnings out about this company.

hi'

I have been trying to contact getorderhelp.com for an rma number that is needed to send back my product before the 7 day trail is up. I contacted the company twice via email. They sent me an email stateing that they would contact me within 24-48 hrs. I never received my rma number. I called the getorderhelp phone and talked to customer service even thought they state they will not give rma numbers over the phone they did. I have 2 days now to get this product back to the warehouse before they charge my creadit card 49.95. I guess I will have to ship it back first class. I am so mad. Also the sample was not enough product to whiten anyones teeth. I will never order sample products online again.

I just read a complaint regarding Celebrity Smile which is exactly my same experience. I felt confident signing up for this trial offer, returned the unused product with a letter asking them to cancel my obligation due to the fact it burned my gums! So far I have been billed two months in a row for product that never reached my mailbox. I too am calling the State of Arizona's attorney general office. This company is a scam because their is no way to contact anyone whether through web site or telephone to resolve this issue.

I took the trial offer for $4.95 on 10/28/08. Then a charge appeared on my bank statement on 11/17/08 for $39.95. Now I have a charge for $44.90 on 12/03/08. I did not authorize the subsequent charges of $39.95 and $44.90. I am submitting a fraud complaint with my bank and with the attorney generals office, State of Arizona. I have attempted to contact them several times and the wait time is always over an hour, 70 minutes plus. I have tried to contact them on the web site but it goes to a weight loss page. If someone was able to get in contact with them, I would like to know.

Purchased $3.85 product. Was automatically deducted from my account and days later found that a $150 withdrawn was made. Told "Too bad from the company". I suggest all consumers contact BBB & Attorney General's Office. It appears there are many consumers who have been taken advantage of by this company and they need to be stopped. Maybe a class action suit by the Attorney General's Office wil stop them from this scam. Interested? Conact me at ssmedicalbillingsvcs@gmail.com. Lets unite and stop this fraud!

Fraud and Theft

Seeing this link http://www.consumersdigestweekly.com/?n=171&k=gennetimage OR http://www.celebwhiteteethshop.com/1/?id=b7f5113f83376fc4&subid=19770. I decided to try it for a free sample with $.99 shipping and handling. No where on either of these websites does it state anything about a membership fee or an ongoing monthly fee.

I received my sample in the mail and then the next thing I knew I found a $149.95 unauthorized charge on my bank account. I immediately disputed this with my bank and googled Celebrity Teeth to obtain a phone number to contact them and to demand a refund. When I contacted them the representative was pleasant and stated that it would take a few weeks for the credit to appear on my bank account. I stated that was fine and I kept a vigilant eye on my bank account. Instead of a credit from CelebTeethWhite I received yet another charge against my bank account in the amount of $12.95!

I advised them that I only ordered the free sample and only agreed to pay the $.99 shipping and handling. No where on the website did it state any terms or conditions regarding a $149.95 membership fee or a monthly $12.95 charge. Only when you google them do you come to another website that actually does have their terms and conditions. It really doesn't matter since they don't abide by their own terms and conditions - I haven't read one comment from anyone regarding a successful refund!

Looks like these scam artists are now going by these new company names: EverBrite Smile and White Blast!

Make sure that you also submit complaints to FTC and BBB. Let's get these scummy scam artists shut down once and for all since they are ripping everyone off!

I have repeatedly sent emails to : support@celebwhiteteethshop.com as well as refundrequest@tryadvancedcleansextreme.com and refundrequest@celebwhiteteethshop.com (this is the only way to obtain a refund according to the customer service rep that I sp0ke with)

Here is the email that I received when I emailed them at the email address they provided to obtain a refund refundrequest@celebwhiteteethshop.com. Just look at the email address it came from - tryadvancedcleansextreme - another one of their scams!

I ordered a trial for EverBrite smile at a charge of $.99. I was to get a 14 day trial but was charged $169.95 about the same day it was received. I have a cancellation number 967591 so I don't get any more product. I have called my credit card company. Talked to three different agents one #105 and a supervisor Allison #023. I did not get to try the product so I want to return it. The supervisor Allison told me they did not take returns. I have a copy of my order and of course it has no date on it. This actually could be a very good product but I would have liked to have had a chance to try it before I was billed. I am requesting my money back. How can you start a trial period before it has ample time to get to your customer. If it such a good product why not do the right thing the right way so people can make their own decisions and order more if they want it. I am not very happy the way I have been treated. My name is Diane and I have a beautiful smile. Would have loved to say your product really helped.

Celebrity Smile charged for products I did not order

I ordered 1 celebrity sample for $1.00 plus $4.95 for shipping . They continue to send me orders that I did NOT order and bill me $44.90 a month on my credit card. I have sent product back and they keep sending and charging me. I can not contact the company because they say that the wait is 72 min. or longer. I have stayed on the phone for hours trying and no one ever answers. I called them at 6 am this morning and they have an old message saying they are closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday and will re-open on Friday the 28th. Today is Dec 1 This company is by far a scam

I saw an add to try Celebrity Smile Tooth Whitener on a trial basis for the S&H of $4.95. Little did I know that after the 15 day trial you are on an automatic shipping schedule for the product each month. I got the second tube and called and told them I did not realize that I was going to recieve further shipments ($64.95 ea). I still don't know where this sign up occurred.

They told me I could return the product for a 15% restocking fee, but that I needed to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and I could only get that by sending them an email. I did this and about two weeks later got the RMA, which offered to give me a $20 credit to keep the product. I sent the product back (at my expense) and got a delievery confirmation receipt showing that they got the return delivery.

I waited over a month and then called and asked about my credit because it did not show up on my credit card. They said that when they recieved the product back that the seal was broken. This was BS, because all I did was take it out of the original package and put in another package to return it. I didnt even use the trial product I received. I argued with the person who told me she was the supervisor, but she said "no credit". Now they have the product, and my money, and I paid to ship the product back them.

This is a SCAM. The Federal Trade Commission should investgate this company (Central Coast Nutraceuticals) and charges should be brought against them for their deceptive practices. What they do is just "stealing". They are internet thugs and liers. They did not call me and say I could have the product back or that it was opened or anything. I would join anyone who wants to bring charges against these theifs.

I never do these kinds of things because I'm so forgetful. Had I seen that I would be signing up I would not have order a so called "free trial"!

I ordered a trial sample and was told on the add all i had to pay for was the shipping and handling which was a 1.95. I recieved the box with the tooth whittening stick with no paperwork other then instructions on how to use. I thought that it was over but on july 3 i checked on my account and saw a 39.95 charge on my account contacted my bank and they gave me a number for celebrity smile which i called and they were closed. I contacted them on the 6th of july and was told that it was not a sample but a trial offer and that i was to return the unused portion in 14 days then my card was not to be charged... However this was not stated anywhere or was it written in any paperword that i received in the box with the sample.

I ordered a $1.95 sample trial of celebrity smile. When they called to verify my order I emphatically stated that only $1.95 was to be charged to my account and I did not authorize any further charges. I am in receipt of another sample and have been billed on my VISA. I am in need of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which is not available by phone at the number given by them [protected]) which brings me to this website which is where I am supposed to be getting an RMA #. I am disputing this with VISA and refusing to pay the bill. I still have the product and am unable to return it.

I ordered Celebrity Smile and Luminous Brites teeth whitening products based upon the claim of website amysteeth.com that you could order these products for $4.95 each for a free trial. I cancelled my orders after the free trials within the time period specified. I was then charged $29.95 by "fitfac.com" to my debit card. They told me when I called to inquire about the unauthorized charge, that I had signed up with fitfactory.com, which I defintely NOT DO do. I am not sure which one of these products used my debit card info for unauthorized charges, but it had to be one of the two. I would recommend NOT signing up for these free trials. Not worth the $70 in overdrafts I had to pay because of this fraudulent charge. They said they will refund the $29.95 and cancel my supposed "subscription" to fitfac.com. Im still $70 in the hole. Bad business!

I am trying to return their product 'celebrity smile' but they make it very difficuct. For all return merchandise they require a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. And then you need to get a 'return merchandise authorize' numberfrom customer care. I've tried to get in touch with customer care numerous times to get my so called 'return merchandise authorization' number. The number is either busy or you are put on hold for extremely long time. I have yet to get hold of anyone. I have never had a problem returning a legitimate product to a legitmate company.

I DECIDED TO TRY A TRIAL OFFER OF THIS PRODUCT FOR 4.95. I RECIEVED THE TEETH WHITENING PRODUCT IN THE MAIL AND IN VERY SMALL PRINT ON THE CONTAINER IT STATED THAT YOU NEEDED TO APPLY THE PRODUCT AND SMILE FOR 15 MIN. IT ALSO STATED THAT IT MAY CAUSE TOOTH SENSITIVITY.
I CALLED THE COMPAY TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER CHARGES OR FUTHER DISTRIBUTION OF THIS PRODUCT AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 65 MIN BEFORE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE. THEN I RECIEVED A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD SERVERAL WEEKS LATER ANYWAY, EVEN WHEN THE GIRL I SPOKE WITH AFTER HOLDING FOR 65 MIN CHRISTINA TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NOT RECIEVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
SO I CALLED THE CO. BACK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES THIS TIME SITTING ON HOLD FOR 83 MIN, ONLY TO SPEAK WITH A VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL WHO HUNG UP ON ME. BEING A DETERMINED LATIN I CALLED BACK AGAIN THIS TIME SITTING ON HOLD FOR 93 MIN AND WAS CONNECTED WITH A MANAGER NAMED TRISH, SHE ALSO WAS VERY RUDE AND ARGUED WITH ME AND FINALLY AGREED TO CREDIT ME ONLY $15. I SENT COMPLAINT EMAILS AND NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE. ULTIMATELEY I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND NOTIFIED THEM OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND HAD MY ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGED. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF RETAILER AGAIN. After reading a testimonial which now I think was fake, I decided to do the free trial that was offered. I noticed that that there was a charge on my checking account which I had used to cover the shipping and handling charge. When I contacted the company they told me that the free trial was only for 14 days and then I paid for the product. The product is totally useless. I am a dental hygienist and was curious as to whether it really works. Now I am totally disappointed. I am $61.75 ripped off and feel totally violated. DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT! RUN FROM THS PRODUCT! RUN VERY FAST!

Celebrity Smile Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

I ordered a "free" sample of their product last month, only requirement was to pay the shipping charge. Since then, I've had 2 charges on my current VISA bill from them for 39.95 and 44.90 for nothing I've ordered. These unauthorized bills are plain fraud and theivery! I want to know what to do to stop these criminals from continuing to try to rip off the public at large. This needs to be brought to the attention of a federal agency immediately! I will be contacting my VISA company along with a local news agency!

Ordered trial for 14.95 and product didn't work, to my surprise two months later have a charge for $99.95 and traced it back to them, the bank was able to get me a telephone number which I called and waited, finally spoke to a rep and she said that the product had been shipped that same day, told her I moved two months ago and I was not going to accept the package. She said that she would credit the account within 7 days but that if the product was not received back, they would charge it again. These peopel are total ripoffs.

I also thought I was getting a free trial of this ridiculous product with a $4.95 shipping fee. I have been charged 39.50 once and again 44.90 from these people. I tried sending e-mails and nobody responds. I returned the product certified mail and I'm still getting charged. I tried calling the number and nobody ever answers. They put you on hold for hours and never answer. I tried stopping payment with my credit card company so hopefully that will work. DO NOT ... I REPEAT... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SO CALLED "FREE" SAMPLE. It's not free and you will automatically be billed for future unauthorized deliveries of this product. THEY SHOULD ARRESTED!

If you click on the "Terms and Conditions" Tab on their website and read over it before ordering, you will see that it plainly says that you have a free 14-day trial, after which, you will be charged the monthly fee to continue receiving their product. I haven't tried the product yet. I just ordered it yesterday, but I did read the terms and conditions, so I am aware ahead of time that there may be further charges.
I had this same problem with "Ivory White" a year or so ago. I ordered a free trial and ended up getting charged $89 month on my credit card and they kept sending a new supply each month. When I contact the company, they informed me that under terms and conditions it stated that that would be the case. I had no problem getting my charges stopped from them. I didn't get any money back because it was essentially my fault. Had I completely read over the terms and conditions, instead of just skimming over it, I would have known that I would be charged after the free trial period.

SAME AS ABOVE COMPLAINTS. I ORDERED FOR THE FREE TRIAL TUBE AND HAD NO INTENTIONS OF GETTING ANYMORE. NOW $44.90 IS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH AND I AM SENT A NEW TUBE WHICH I DO NOT WANT. I ALSO HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY BY PHONE BUT I NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. NOW I AM TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER VIA E-MAIL. I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY MORE ORDERS.

PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER OR I WILL HAVE TO GET MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED. AND BY ALL OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT YOU SCAM OPERATION I DO BELIEVE WE ALL HAVE A GOOD CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

I received a 'Celebrity Smile' vial in today's mail, with a $44.90 charge to my credit-card...totally unauthorized!
I too, sent for the 'free' sample & NEVER had the intention of ordering, MORE ESPECIALLY after reading the method instructions.
I called their toll-free number and was advised that 'due to the amazing interest in our product' the wait-time would be...41 minutes!
I called my credit-card company and they are disputing the charge; however I was told that Central Coast Nutraceuticals has instigated a monthly delivery/charge to my account! NEVER was this authorized!

I see the celebrity smile as a scam also. I ordered the free sample and paid the shipping cost. I also am getting bills for productsd I did not order. Isen't it credit card fraud for them to charge the credit cards for items we did not order.

I did print the celebrity smile web page that does NOT say anything about future shipments nor charges.
I am sending a letter to the BBB and have contacted the locale law enforcement as I am red about getting ripped off.
I have also contacted the credit card company and have filoed a challenge to the charge and put a "stop" to any future charges from the same company.

Christopher Patti's response is a total lie. He and his company are the ones committing the fraud discussed. His partner is Bryan Wolf of Suntasia Marketing. Please Google Suntasia Marketing out of Largo, FL. This thief was caught and shut down by the FTC just 3 years ago. READ ABOUT SUNTASIA MARKETING. The head of the FTC stated that Bryan Wolf and Suntasia Marketing were responsible for committing the biggest fraud in telemarketing history. Tens of thousands of innocent victims were ripped off by Bryan Wolf and Suntasia Marketing. If you have been ripped off by this teeth whitening company then contact the FTC and let them know Bryan Wolf is at it again and having Christopher Patti posing as the Owner so Bryan's name is not associated.

I have also been scammed. I got them on the phone but their people are well versed in how to word their innocence and that it is clear you signed for all the charges.

We all need to take 15 minutes to file complaints with the federal trade commission and department of consumer affairs in order to shut these creeps down and perhaps get our money back.

Federal Trade Commission & Dept of Consumer Affairs:

www.dca.ca.gov/consumer/complaints.shtml

Call and call and call them and give their representatives hell over and over and over and over until the employees don't want to work there because all they get all day long are calls from thousands of very angry people.

YOU WONT BE WASTING YOUR TIME. The more of us that do this the sooner we will accomplish a good thing so others are not hurt and the crooks are punished.

Don't buy it, they don't tell you the whole story, for example you also get signed up for something called fit-fac.com with charges your credit card around $17 per month. Apparently it is written somewhere on the online add, good luck noticing that when you are ordering it. The product itself is not as great as they claim and you have to use it every day for 15 minutes. Read the fine prints before giving them your credit card info.

Thanks for the list of complaints. I though it was just me... Why don't we all start a class action law suit against this company. I'll bet we can find an attorney who will work on a commission.

TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN

My name is Christopher Patti and I am the President and CEO of Celebrity Smiles Professional Teeth Whitening LLC. The issues being discussed on this board (and many others) is called Celebrity Smile, not my company. My company and products/services are preformed in a salon setting and we do not sell any product over the internet, direct mail, or any other forum.

The product that is being discussed on these boards is produced by a parent company named Central Coast Nutraceuticals. If you wish to contact CCN their information is on the net. Just Google the company and you'll find everything you need to resolve your issues. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.

Sincerely,

Christopher J. Patti

To you folks who have been scammed:
I was looking for info. about Celebrity Smiles because
they sent me an email in which the product looked good enough to check out.
I had the same problems getting through to them as you had; however, as I was leaving the site, after no success, a Live Chat box popped up offering the trail period+ product for $1.00+ 1.95 ( $3.00 0ff).
I tried to converse with Vickie through Live Chat. Her responses were very strange. She answered none of my questions, and I finally realized that Live Chat was really a Pretaped Recording. Whatever I asked the reply was, "Do you want the $3.00 discount?"
I ended by telling Vickie that she either needs a quick lobotomy or a long nap.
Here is information I found through search engines which may get you someone who will talk to you. Chris talked to me.
