Pathetic Quality, Poor Service, Hopeless Design
We signed up with Cookscape, Cenotaph road branch at Chennai for installing a modular kitchen at my new house. We placed the order in March 2011 with a 50% advance paid. We were supposed to get the kitchen installed by June I week. Mid of June, we realized that they had taken all measurements wrong and the kitchen delivered was not as per the drawing...

I have a kitchen done by cookscape people .It is excellent i would appricate their service in bangalore by koramangala staff .who supported me when ever i needed their service .
i would like to inform the people that a few staff who was thrown out the company approached me with false information that i will get in to trouble . every thing information is false .
i have been using cookscape kitchen from past 8 years it is excellent i have recommended at least 6 people who have brought kitchen from them .there is no trouble . i strongly support the cookscape products.

I placed order for modular kitchen and wardrobes to COOKSCAPE PORUR designs and am suffering from it. I just wanted to alert you guys about them.
They have offices in Porur
They will speak professional, mr. Jaffer and in the end are very worse that carpenters. For my apartment they collected the money on delivery of material on Nov 11, 2013.
More than a month, they have not supplied it. Absolutely Cookscape bad customer service,
Kindly advise you not blame all your customer.
Please do not approah Cookscape modular kitchen. Have anyone went to Consumer Forum. Pl. contact me.

cookscape worst service, they didint give salary for staff itself for 4 months
