laminate floor bad service

I would like to inform you about my horrifying experience with one of your employees today.
We had laminate floors installed a year ago. A huge bubble formed under the floors along with some smaller blisters. Today I finally had someone come to fix the floor after almost 2 months on the phone with Sears being transferred from one party to another.
First of all, this man was two hours late. I had wasted a whole day waiting for him. I work full time and had to take the day off. He did fix the main bubble and some of the blisters, but he missed one. When I showed him the remaining blister he got angry and claimed that I never showed it to him before. He became very rude. He then told me that he was only doing me a favor! We paid for this defective work only to get attitude! He said he would not fix anything else and he would never come back. He then told me he was going to get something out of his car and come back for me to sign papers. He then got in his car and left to never come back. I also discovered that he left behind loose moldings and chipped tile!
Not only did he fail to finish his work, he left damages in my house! I do not quite understand why this happened. Is this man a criminal? I felt threatened! This type of service is beyond unacceptable. Do Sears’s employees always abuse their customers? Why am I being punished for their poor work? I also e-mailed this to Sears but do not believe they are going to do something about it after 2 months of talking to different people trying to make them to fix their terrible job and getting what I just described.

laminate floor WORK INSUFFICIENTLY PERFORMED

Janet Villandry

AUGUST 26. 2013
Good morning,
BUYER BEWARE
Can anyone tell me how to contact National Floors Direct? I had a laminate floor
installed on 7-9-13. The installer came at 1:00 p.m. He said he would not be able to complete the flooring that day. He said he would tear up the old carpet and padding and lay down the new padding to ready the floor for installation the following day.
This is a condo that I am renovating with the intent of moving there. I decided to check to see what he accomplished and went down to the condo around
6:30 P.M. When I went in, he was rushing around. He had completed maybe 2/3 of the laminate flooring. I said to him, I thought you were coming back tomorrow. He said he lived out of state and didn't want to drive back and forth the following day.
I waited. My new neighbors came over and my son came in. He finished around 8:30 P.M. In that light everything looked OK. So I checked off the paper work and he went on his way. I didn't go back to the condo for several days. The molding around the room was sticking up, pieces of wood were glued together, gaps in the molding appeared and raw wood on the ends are exposed. OK, I thought, I'll have them comeback and correct the problems. The first call, I asked if they had a quality control department. She said no. She said I needed to take pictures and send them to customer service. I did that. I called several more times. I was told each time to give them (installation department) a few days. Today is 8-18-13. If I could figure out how to put the pictures here, I would. I have looked every where and cannot find a Corporate address. I am extremely disappointed. You know the old saying if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is correct. The add on TV looked great. National Floors Direct is not a reputable company. Save your money. Don't be fooled by this company, they don't stand behind their work. If anyone knows how to contact this company, please let me know. Thanks
