used cell

I purchased an used cell from Crayton Electronics that was defective. I tried contacting the company by email but they never answered. I tried calling a phone # that I found on their site, but it was either busy or they would say that it was out of service. I browsed on the internet to find out that there are lots of complaints about this company. As soon as I received the cell I emailed them and send the phone back. I haven't heard from them at all. I think that this company is ripping off people that can't afford to get a better service. I am a retired person living on a tight budget and I can't afford to waist my money like this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Customer svc refused to make good on guarantee
Their website claims "Please email Crayton Electronics with any problem. We answer all emails within 48hrs. [protected]@craytonelectronics.com" but they will not reply to my email. They shipped me a defective phone, when I contacted them per above to get an exchange, which their web site guarantees, there was no reply in 12 days. I have repeatedly emailed them but...

Crayton electroncis sold me a brocken cellphone, and when I asked to send it back for a refund they chared me a 15% restocking fee. I paid for a rush shipment, now I have to pay to return the broken phone, and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will spend as much on shipping fee as I will get in credit. This is not good business. Please reconsider before doing business with Crayton Electroncis. There are other ways to get used cellphones, Craiglist list and other on line venders, do not use Crayton Electoncis... they are a rip off.
I will never do business with then again.
