Cyber PC Experts Hack software

There’s this company called Cyber PC Experts that located in India. On September 23, 2016, they call me up state that I’ve just been hacked. I didn’t click any unfamiliar email or porn site or anything like that. I’ve have one of those lifetime plan whenever my pc runs slow they will fix. The company tells me that must purchase a plan the protects me from hacks and must buy another protection plan for the slow speed issue. I tell him that I have two computers. The company charges me 712 * 2 = 1424 for the hacks and 499 for the lifetime slow speed issue. I look up my records and it shows that I already have a lifetime plan and they only fixed one computer. I request a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with the service and they were selling a lifetime plan that I already purchased. On September 29, 2016, I request a refund with the 30 days. Their policy is that if I’m not satisfied, I get a money back guarantee. 30 days pass and I call them up and I tell them that I haven’t receive my refund. The customer service from that point on developed an attitude that I was doing something wrong. If I didn’t call, they weren’t going to send me the refund. The exact amount was 499 + 712 + 712 = 1923. The company sends me 712 but they still owe me a balance of 1211. I called eight or nine times since then. The balance never arrives. The company tells me each time it will arrive in seven business days, ten business day, three business days. The company wants to look through my banks to see that I wasn’t lying. The company payment for services in less than one hour yet they can’t return the refund within 30 days according to their policy. That’s poor customer service when you want to look through somebody account. They like to put words in your mouth. A different excuse. The salesman are high pressure and seem to be running a scam. I’m not there only customer.

Cyber PC Experts unethical behavior

On May 13, 2015, a pop-up window appeared on my screen claiming to be apple tech support and that my computer was under attack and to call this number immediately. I did not, but found that i could not get rid the pop-up even rebooting. ( I am not very tech savvy). So I called them. They were very friendly( which is part of their con) and fixed the ' threat' then convinced me that I needed a 4 year 'protection' plan for $450. Since then, the pop-up has recurred twice and each time they ' fix the problem' and then proceed to try an sell me even more protection. I realized the scam and demanded a refund but. as expected, they refused.

Same thing happened to me. In addition, they owed me a credit of $249 which they vertified in November 2016, December 2016, January 2017, and last week in February - and now they claim that I do not have a credit and want to sell me again!

Cyber PC Experts The inner voice

So i just started homeschooling my child and we only use educational websites and the k12 program. Out of the blue someone sends a message making it seem like their from Comcast and Norton stating that my PC/laptop could be at risk. I tried exiting the site but it wouldn't go away. So i started thinking maybe this is serious and to call the number provided. I call and get some foreign guy who has me open explorer.com and says he'll fix it depending on what it is. I ask him to confirm if he was with Norton/Comcast he states Norton. My inside voice kept saying he doesn't sound confident and assure of what the heck he is doing so in the middle or picking his brain i hung up on his butt. Nope i worked to hard for you to scam me buddy. I went back to the only page that kept acting up and shut it down. My malware and other protection services weren't going off so i just had a feeling this wasn't right. Funny how people are today they have no heart anything to make a piece a paper that isn't made out of crap. I be damn if you try to keep me from educating my child for your own greedy purposes. Please listen to your instinct 9/10 its correct!

These people claim to be a virus protection and software support company that will keep your computer functioning well. They put fake charge card numbers in your computer to make you believe it is one of your own numbers that someone has stolen. Then they make you believe that someone is trying to hack into your computer and get all your data, when they are the ones doing it. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!

Cyber PC Experts Their software is scam

Don’t buy software from the company Cyber PC Experts. My computer stopped to work after I got the software and tried to install it. After that I tried to reach the moderators and asked to help me, but of course they only promised to solve this problem. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and don’t provide any help or support. Please post your comments about this company.

Cyber PC Experts Not recommended

I bought some stuff from the company Cyber PC Experts, but I don’t advise you this company. After a short term, my technique stopped to work. I contacted the seller, and after some time they corrected everything. But their production isn’t very qualitative. And my technique broke again. It was several times, and after 6 months it finally stopped to work. Please leave comments about your experience with this seller.
