Reduced classes, not fees
They take membership fee for a whole year, one can not pay on monthly basis. Recently, they reduced number of classes. So, now there is only one class on Saturday, and it is overcrowded. I can not take classes any other day. They refused to return money because, they say, it is their right to change schedule as they like.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
High pressure sales and cult
The classes themselves are good however I believe the back-office side of this organization is a mind controlling cult that is only interested in getting money from its members.
