Dailydeals.com Horrible

My order was placed back in November and still nothing. I guess it's still too early for my order to show up, but I'm very disappointed that I still haven't received any confirmations and no tracking number.
I sent them numerous messages via email and also tried to contact Dailydeals via online contact form but did not receive a single reply. I'm scared to think that this might be a scam!

Ordered Voltex heated gloves. The $69.98 was tapped on my acct immediately but I had not received a confirmation of my order. I called right away and got a "Customer Service" person who said my order had not been completed so I had no order. I said where did my payment go because that's the dept I need. She said to contact my cardholder. Wth? After that 1st phone call I called Daily Deals back 4 times and guess what - they were so busy they just could not take my call and that was that. Never got to talk to "Customer Service" again. Got a refund though but I'll never know if the refund was the result of anything I did or not. I don't care. I advise everyone to stay away!

Dailydeals.com Book purchased through Amazon

I ordered a book on Amazon - sourced from Daily Deals - on December 3, trusting that it would arrive well before Christmas. It is now three weeks later and, not only has the book not arrived, there is no tracking information available. I should have checked out the reviews of this seller before buying. I would have learned that they are a third rate operation that cannot be trusted to perform like a reputable vendor.

Dailydeals.com Do not deal with them

I wanted to buy some things from the company dailydeals.com., which offers different goods with the discounts. According to their site, I needed a voucher, which they will send to me after the purchase. Of course they charged me for the purchase, but I haven’t received anything. They have awful customer services, they do not send confirmation emails, as well as they try to mislead you and charge for nothing. Do not deal with them. You won’t get your money back.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! They will mislead you and charge you for things you do not purchase! Avoid them at all costs!

I started the ordereding process for two products but decided not to complete it. II never got a confirming email about the purchase. When I called several days later to inquire about a pending charge they had made to my credit card account, I was told it was just a "preleminary charge" that many retailers make to insure the money is in the account. The very cheerful woman I spoke to said she checked their records and found no purchase in my name, so the "preleminary charge" would be removed by my bank. She said the time it would take would be up to my bank but it was often two or three days. The next day the charge had gone through and when I called them, they had no record of the previous call and could not reverse the charges because "their system woud not let them."

Then they questioned whether I had actually called them the day before and suggested I may have talked to a different company. Of course, my phone shows the same number dialed both days.

I ordered 2 flat irons from DailyDeals.com and only received one. These had to be presents for my relatives and I still have not received the second one. Please look into this matter. Thank You
