Trying to cancel our extended warranty
We traded our 23 Yukon Denali off July 10, 2024. We contacted AUL the same day to cancel our extended warranty, they said that we needed to contact Dave Smith Motors to cancel our warranty. We started calling July 11, 2024 and was directed to April. We have called at least once a day, every day since July 11, 2024 and to date have not gotten a call back from anybody from Dave Smith! Today, August 7, 2024 I contacted AUL and explained our situation, they had me e-mail them our complaint form.
Desired outcome: Refund the remainder of our extended warranty!
