I have been buying cigarettes from this company for several months now but on my last order 10 / 15 / 2011, confirmation of shipment by harald goodman 10 / 17 / 2011 that it has shipped. I have never seen my order & i have sent several emails to that company with no response. Needless to say they have not refunded my money or sent me any proof of anyone...

I have ordered from this company for over a year and everything has been fine and above board. However, the last two orders seem to have gone awry! One order they debited my bank twice for the same amount. The second order the funds were sent from the bank and cashed and I have never received the product! I have emailed them on four occasions and got one reply saying that they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard a word since despite my emails. I have also telephone them and at night it just rings and rings and during the day the line is always busy. Even though they claim that someone is there 24/7. I am out almost $200.00 and no product. I am sure that something is going on but don't know what...I have even asked them in my emails if there is a problem and as I said no reply. I feel like I have no recourse. The bank will not reverse the items as they were done through ACH deductions and they do not reverse those. Be Careful with this company! Think it has become a ripoff. You will have no recourse at all!
I finally received my cigarettes from this company along with this email:
