FALSE allegations against Dr Simoni malpractice history
There is one individual that is posting false claims that Dr Payman Simoni has multiple malpractice judgments against him. These absolutely false statements are made by an extortionist who preys on successful physicians. She has tried to extort money from other famous plastic surgeons like Dr George Commons and Dr Kristopher Chang. Now she is trying to blackmail Dr Simoni and Simoni Plastic Surgery for a huge sum of money. She is using many different user names and portraying herself as different people. However, she continues to post the same type of messages which reveal she is in fact just one person. She is claiming to have had liposuction done and also claiming she has won a malpractice judgment against Dr Simoni.
Payman Simoni has two unrestricted medical licenses with clean records. These are public records and below are the links to these official sites to check for your self.
For all readers out there, it is important to understand that as wonderful as the internet can be, it can also be dangerous. Anyone can make a claim without the need to validate their claim. The best way to evaluate a physician is through state licensing sites that control, and authenticate their contents.

Review warning
One individual is spamming all physicians rating sites posting false negative reviews about Payman Simoni, MD. This is a warning, she is not a real patient. She is a former employee who was caught stealing narcotics. She was let go immediately. Since then, she has tried to blackmail Dr Simoni and Simoni Plastic Surgery for a huge sum of money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
doctor Simoni neglected me after surgery, he and his whole office staff change behavior dramatically after the surgery, completely different person, what makes matter worse is that he refuses to give information out about the details of the procedure, i dont think it is too much demanded?
I am a former/patient of so called "Dr" Payman Simoni, Beverly Hills and MUST warn people to stay away from this disgusting and fake physician. Me as an european can not understand how such a man dares to do surgeries on people despite all the ongoing failures and customer complaints. Even the simplest rhinoplasty Dr Simoni can not perform. No wonder why he is NOT CERTIFIED by the American Board of Plastic Surgery - you can check yourself, go to their website. I was a fool, during my stay in california believing that a physician who is in beverly hills must be an expert - unfortunately i picked someone who is very unskilled and his list of customer complaints is very long. Very much reason to doubt is also that if you google "dr simoni reviews" then at least 5-7 different websites with different "urls" of dr simoni HIMSELF with dr simonis name in the URLs appear and show us "customer feedback" which are all of course fake! rather go and check on websites which do not belong to Dr Payman Simoni, namely vitals.com, realself.com, [redacted].com, www.dr-simoni.pissedconsumer.com ----the customer complaints list in all of these sites is LONG. Isnt that enough to doubt that man?
I am the author of the above post and it is inaccurate
Simoni is a pathological liar. Whenever someone gives him a negative review, he posts lies on the internet about him. I know of at least two people that he has said they were former employees who stole drugs from him. So either he is a liar or he hires lots of drug addicts. Either way, is this really someone you want operating on you?
Dr. Simoni acted like he does not care and the staff was suspicious
Looks like another scam
I am not a patient but the drama scared me away. I did not find the staff very friendly and it seem like Dr Simoni was insensitive. I am not requesting any money and I do not believe Dr. Simoni's story. The staff refused to give me any reason the believe that I would not just be another victim.
Dr simoni is a great plastic surgeon, he is kind and humble and he doesn't deserve to be blackmailed. I had my rhinoplasty done by him and it looks amazing. He's made a lot of people happy with his work.
I doubt that there is 1 woman writing all the negative reviews of Dr. Simoni. I am a male former patient/victim of Simoni and I have warned several prospective rhinoplasty seekers about this disgusting man and I have sent them pictures to back up my claims and show them what I was referring to.
