Fraud
This company is good at ripping people off. Unfortunately, I was at the wrong end of their scam and they got me to accept and pay for 10 boxes of debit machine paper and a billion cleaning cards, totalling about $2000.00. Man I feel stupid. I am a receptionist at a busy orthodontist office, and when we recently made the switch to Global Payments, ETS immediately called and said that they were contacting me to get me the paper supplies I would need for our new terminal. Assuming that they were a division of Global Payments, I happily obliged to give them our address, my name, and all the info they needed. A couple months later, they contacted me to ship the second portion of paper I "agreed" to purchase. Ummm, I didn't recall signing up for a bulk shipment, but I though well it's safe, it's through our trusted merchant so I'll go along with it. Well this went on and on until our last shipment in August. They called me to send out the final shipment of paper and I got freaked out. I said we have enough paper to last 4 years and we certainly do not need anymore right now. They told me that this was going to be the final shipment and would fulfil my contract with them, and the contract is why they could give me such a good "deal". So AGAIN (So dumb) I let it slide, but I said SERIOUSLY this is the last shipment. They said yes for sure, this is the last one. Well, this morning I got another call from them saying they were just about to fulfil the last shipment. I told them absolutely not, it was fulfilled last time and I got in major trouble for the last one, there is no way we are getting another one and he said we had to to fulfil the "contract" (That I never signed or had any awareness about...). My coworker happened to be listening to my phone call and googled them while I was on the phone. Looking at all the complaints and BBB warnings, I feel sick about all of this and awful that I let my employer get ripped off so bad. I hope people have more mind than I did and look up this company before they get too far in with them as we now are. To top it off, Quebec doesn't have a BBB office :s But apparently there are industry standards offices that may be able to help. Too bad some companies have such bad ethics... They'll get what's coming!

SCAM THERMAL PAPER
Our office received a call from Express Transaction Services Inc. in January, they spoke with our receptionist about ordering more thermal paper for our debit machine ( They made it sound like they were affiliated with Global Payments) she was very busy and at the time said that yes we needed more paper. A 2nd phone call came through making sure happy with the service provided (was the representative friendly etc.) 5 days later two boxes were delivered to the office. Inside was thermal paper, pens, card cleaners etc. Horrible quality. She immediately called and said that this product was not ordered as it was not what was discussed. The person answering the phone said that she couldn't take the product back and would talk to her manager. We received a call back the following week, immediately the woman was rude and bullied our receptionist. We called back 4 times and finally they returned our call only to say that we were the problem, that we were recorded ordering the product and could deal with their legal department. The woman (Nadine) continued to berate our receptionist. She hung up. We are not paying this company or returning the product at our cost. This is a complete scam!

I'm in a simmilar situation. We're a busy small business where someone called our unsuspecting staff and went through the same process as post by Small Business Targeted. I searched on the web and there are tonnes of complaints on this company. How can they continue to do this? Was anyone successful with contacting the BBB of Quebec? Not sure that organization will be helpful to a BC based small business that is not French-speaking when Express Transactions Inc. is a Montreal based company.
Unbelievable these people.
Nadine and Sulvie take the cake!
No one answers your call when you want to obtain an authorization for return within the 30 days. Then they lie and tell you you never left a message.
They lie, and call up unsuspecting employee's who assume they always do business with them then ship product and an invoice. Then they do not answer the phone or return messages until they deem it would be too late to return.
I contacted the BBB of Quebec and I will wait to see if we can get some justice here.

Ive been ripped off by this company as well. After I did my research I refused to pay for the rest of this so called deal! 2 years later I still get harrased by some woman named Nancy, threatining me calling me and idiot and stating shes from collections. They use skype and their number will come up unknown or 0123456 type deal. don`t answear the phone make sure you tell your employees not give out any personal info as they will call your house. They`ve been shut down before and start back up. Its a constant cycle. Holly I would totally go on the radio and explain this scam.
thanks,
Kevin,
