Ferco Motors 2015 ford focus

My experience was a horrible ongoing nightmare just days after purchase.
Getting a legal applicable registration, convert my tags from old car to purchased car after temporary ones expired and they sent me none usable ones to my email. Getting a legal applicable title was a nigthmare.
1. Dead refurbished battery. Replace cost: $230.00
2. Missing/broken dipstick. Cost?
3. Dark gunky oil. Needed oil change badly. Cost: $26.00
4. Dry rotted wiper blades replaced. Cost: $30.00
5. Filthy air filter. Cost?
6. Four rat eaten ignition coil packs, ignition coil connector, ignition coil rewiring done. Four spark plugs replaced. Mechanic/owner of auto shop wrote notes stating very rusty rat eaten wires, coils, and rusty engine. Mandatory repairs cost: $685.39
7. Dry rotted tires had to be replaced after one exploded. Cost: $427.96
8. Front brake pads, rear clean adjust, brake flush. Cost: $270.00
9. Spare tire was missing and never replaced as promised.
10. Front passenger side panel was missing and never replaced as promised.
11. Sales person alex told me I would have a three month warranty when I purchased car at full price never happened. I was given a as is no warranty.
12. A serious fuel tank deformation recall was not fixed that could cause car to stall and not restart. (I went to a car dealership myself and had it fixed 3 days after purchase). This serious defect wouldn't have cost ferco motors nothing to fix!

Ferco Motors They got money, but refused to repair the car

Stay away from Ferco Motors. I have purchased used car and the price wasn’t high, because it was used and the owner offered me to use their repair services. But when I drove my car to their office, the owner told me that it was a purchase and they weren’t responsible for the condition of their cars. I have transferred money for the job, but these guys didn’t want to repair my car.

Ferco Motors Fraud and scam!

Fraudulent sales tactics and refusal to acknowledge the 3 day sales contract laws in effect in the State of Florida. Willful misrepresentation in the sale of a vehicle that had major collision damage to a young family - basic 'chop shop' cut & paste type vehicle repairs with absolutely no admission of repairs, in fact complete denial of any damage whatsoever, to the young adults.

Refusal to rectify the sale once confronted with the hidden damages, until AmEx contacted them to advise they had received notification from the parent that the car had been sold under blatant misrepresentation and fraud. Only after AmEx and the entire family got involved with the local police department did Ferco then decide to take the vehicle back in trade on another vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - OBVIOUS chop/shop vehicles with willful misrepresentation of damages to potential buyers. Questionable ethics and illegitimate business practices.

Ferco Motors is a company where I had the bad luck of buying a used car with 2 major faults that appeared a few weeks later they did not respond and also offered me some things that were not true.

I felt along with my wife abused clients, who ignored our dignity, who made us waste time and money, but above all, they humiliated us. They had the papers that backed them up and that since we are not millionaires or anything like that, we were treated in the worst way possible.

To those who have time I will tell my story in detail.

On October 9 we went with Mrs. and Orlando took very good care of us, knowing our new credit situation, and gave us an alternative that we took thinking of buying a simple, cheap car. Orlando, when we took the car, a 2010 Dodge Nitro 4x4, explained to us that we should notify him of anything minor and they as a company would see it.

On October 10, I inform you that I have problems with the water jets on the windshield, which do not work. He tells me to take it, I do it and they tell me that they are going to ask for the parts that they are going to change. All this in word, nothing signed trusting what the seller said.

They tell me that they are going to call me to take him. This never happened.

On October 26, Mr. Orlando again, that the car has a loud noise that needed to be checked.

I went to the dealer for the third time and they checked it, they told me the mechanic was going to check it. Take it for the fourth time to the dealer.

On Nov. 8, one month after the purchase, neither the detected noise, the windshield water jets, nor the driver's glass activation switch had been repaired.

I made direct contact with Rafael the Manager, to whom I told him that the car had a serious problem, that I had told the seller, and that according to my experience, it was a problem with the 4x4.

On the fifth visit to the Dealer, on Nov. 18, the Manager confirmed that it is a problem with the 4x4 and that it is an electronic part, that he does not know the name, and that in the afternoon, through Orlando, he was going to give me the name to know its value. This never happened.

He also tells me that he wants to solve the problem.

After 40 days, after the purchase of the car, we still did not have a copy of the contract, the bank, and the policy, in addition to still not having the plate, they had to give me a second temporary.

They sent me a copy of the papers on Nov 18 in the afternoon, with the insurance payment date expired and ready to go to court for non-payment and the payment of car payment to be paid on the 19th... of the sheet, has nothing yet.

I go on Tuesday the 29th at 8 in the morning, and it turns out that the manager was off that day but apparently everyone had forgotten.

I come back on Wednesday the 30th and at 9 AM I talk to the manager once more to find out if he has the name of the piece. They tell me that they are not going to buy any of the bad parts and I ask them to remove the driveshaft from the front wheels. He tells me yes, but to come back in 3 or 4 more hours.

I arrive at that time, they remove the piece and by order of the same manager they put it back on instructions from the lawyer.

In short, it wasted my time all day at work and I lost money that I couldn't work.

In the end he sent me to a workshop to have the driveshaft removed.

In summary

I bought a car with a fault that the mechanics were not able to detect or if they knew they did not inform me.

They did not respond at all and everything bad that I said to the seller was not fulfilled, on instructions from the manager, leaving the seller Orlando a liar.

I am forced to pay for a car that has a fault, because otherwise my credit goes down.

The people at Ferco Motors made fun of me and my family for more than 50 days and they didn't respond at all.

The veneer arrived in mid-December.

They tell me that they are not going to respond because that is what the contract says.

You act like the customer deserved this "and for your information" full of attitude. So sad, KARMA will get them. People work hard for their money and these two crooks act like the money was just handed to their victims.

This customer had the right to bring in her own mechanic to check out the purchase she was making why didn't she. and for your information their is no 3 day grace period on any used car purchased buyer beware. Only new cars that are delivered to your house have the right to be returned in 3 to 5 days from purchase. Further more I have seen customer purchase cars and wreck them the same day and then have their car fixed and then try and return the car to the dealer as if it was sold to them this way its very sad that people do these things but they do happen. I do not no both sides of the story but im sure their is one .

I'd like to start with the fact that I have no affiliation with this dealership so it is not a biased opinion in any way. The state of Florida has absolutely no such 3 day law on an any automotive purchase via a sales contract for financing or a straight cash transaction. And any local police involvement as you mentioned must be treated in a civil fashion . The local law enforcement cannot and must not get involved with any civil matters period. If in fact you are going to purchase a used automobile from anyone, utilize the proper prepurchase inspection companies in order to avoid any unnecessary heartache or surprises. Take it from a 10 year veteran in the automobile industry! And furthermore if the dealership was kind enough to entertain a trade in of the problem vehicle or a swap of some kind, that is a 100 percent sign of goodwill on behalf of the owners of the company due to the fact that they are under no obligation to do so. Car dealers are not necessarily out to get and betray the general public but sometimes even us in the industry get sold vehicles with unknown problems!
