I ordered the product with the online offer of 1 month free pay only shipping and handling. I used a visa gift card x2 tries to pay and they sent an email both times saying they cancelled the order. I then used my visa debit card x2 tries and received the same email both times. When I called the company they told me that It was my card and to try another...

I emailed Fertibella customer service to cancel my future shipments on March 20, 2013. However they had already shipped months 3 and 4. I did not receive a confirmation via email that they cancelled all future shipments. I have attempted to contact them via all the toll free numbers listed on the website, and all of them have a strange busy tone. I am not...

Fertibella Scammers

They auto shipped an extra(monthy) order that I did not ask for. When I cancelled the order and returned the product, they refused to return my money. They even made up a story that I signed for it upon arrival...which is a lie. UPS dropped the product at my door and left. Don't anyone deal with these crooks from Fertibella.Through searching the internet, I've found that I'm not the first one that they have done this too.

I never had a problem with Fertibella. I had been diagnosed with PCOS and TTC for 5 years. I didn't want anything invasive -- like birth control pills, metformin, or surgery, so the natural supplement seemed like a perfect fit for me. I became pregnant in my 2nd month. I was so excited when I realized I was pregnant, I forgot to cancel the next 2 shipments until they arrived! I just called the 1800 # and they gave me a code to ship the unnecessary bottles back for a full refund. Within the month, I had all my money back - no biggie.

Sorry you got stuck with extra product, but they are very clear about how the trial works.
1. You order the trial for $5.95 or $9.95, depending on the shipping you chose.
2. You call within 30 days to cancel the trial & get a shipping code, mail your bottles back and do not pay another cent.
3. Or you enjoy the trial for the full 30 days and start bottle 2. After 30 days, you are charged $80 for 2 months of supplement.
In the middle of the month, they send you bottles 3 & 4 and charge you $80 for the next 2 months.
4. If you get pregnant or want to stop ttc with the kit, you just call their 1800 # and they issue you a return code. You send the used or unused bottles back in and they credit you a refund for what you've returned.
I did option #4 after I got pregnant in month 3. I thought they were very nice on the phone and had no trouble returning. Some people are just pissy because they can't follow directions and feel the world owes them something. Lame.

Fertibella Fraudulent charge

This company Fertibella advertise you can try for sixty day supply of their fertility products if you just pay $9.95. What they don't tell you is that they will charge your credit card of $79.95 after 30 days of your order not on the date you received it. Their phone is a FAKE number when you call and you cannot talk to a person. I tried to call many times to cancel it and finally when I talked to a person, she said my order is canceled but charged me anyway. They SCAM people who are desperate to try anything to get pregnant. They are Fraud. Do not fall for this SCAM like I did.

Now I will note this before I get to the main answer.
Now I don't know if this product wil work for everyone, but I have a few friends that suffer with PCOS and ovulation. But 6 of my friends that used this product was successful.
Now far as the free trial is concerned, you gave to read the information concerning the free trial. It states pman as day that if you are Not satisfied with the product or it dosen't work for you send the bottles back before the thirty days, empty or not. They have a customer service number right at the top and bottom to call them with any problems or concerns. I tried the 30 day trial and contacted them back and said I wanted to continue after the 30 days. They charged me I paid and now I just buy a 1 month supply. You have to read and speak up and let them know ahead of time, you can not wait till the 30 days to tell them that. I have had no problems. I just think it was a miscommunication somewhere. But product worked for my friends. Everyone's body is different.

I did read it and re-read it. And no where in the e-mail or in my paper work did it say that I would be Charged $79.95. It clearly says I would be charged $39.95. . I just got laid off and now. I thought I would cancel this week before the trial ended, but I thought I'd do it for one more month and cancel next month unless I found a job by then. I was fully prepared for $39.95 not $79.95. When I called customer service they said it's $39.95 per bottle. It does not say that. I really believe it is misrepresentation on the actual charge. I can not afford $79.95 a month at this time. I cancelled it and need to send back the 2nd bottle to get a refund for the other $39.95.

This is not a scam... YOU NEED TO READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR. If you see free every normal person will know to read the fine print and check terms and conditions before you enter your credit card information. I mean come on people nothing in this world is free. Its like reading a whole lot of crying... I say well did we learn any thing?. I just went to their web site and it does tell you before you even enter your card info that you will be billed for the items after the 30days is over with. And if you don't like the product you need to return it before the end of the trial otherwise you will be billed for the product. I think that is fair. This is pills people I don't know about you but I am glad they don't resell product and its law for any kind of medications you buy online. You can not return them due to its call contaminated goods. I wish you all luck but its not fair to call a company a scam if you don't even read the web site before you enter your card info that is just being a ###.. Lets get smart here! Its the web check and double check before you give away info that might cause issues for you later. Practice Smart Shopping!

You should start taking your supplement as soon as it arrives. You can either call your first month to cancel, send the bottles back (keep the pills & tests), and worry about possibly reordering mid-month 2... or you could let them charge you the $79.90 to send you months 3 & 4 and send back any unused portions for a refund. I agree with "FreeTrialIsNotFree"... I received that same email when I ordered my trial of Fertibella and it was all there in plain English. I don't understand how people can become so enraged and vent all over the Internet when clearly, the problem is that they can't read. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and had been TTC for 5 years when I heard about this fertility aid. Naturally, I was a little wary of buying anything online, but I was also at my wit's end and wanted to explore natural methods before moving onto more invasive things like surgery, birth control, or metformin. I became pregnant with Fertibella during month 2 and easily was able to ph0ne them / send my bottles for month 3 and 4 back for a full refund, without hassle. Now I am expecting a beautiful baby on march 19th!

When you go to Fertibella.com website, they offer a free 2 month supply of their fertility pills, etc. pay shipping only. after the free trial they just kept charging my bank account 79.00 (2 months in a row), and I never got anymore of their product in the mail. My bank (Wells Fargo) filed a claim against them and found it to be one of MANY and refunded me...
