This site uses deceptive marketing practices
This site uses deceptive marketing practices by sending emails to you stating a particular person read your profile and is interested in meeting you. they live close by it states. ask yourself a simple question. what profile? i dont have a profile anywhere so what and where did they read about me. they hide the domain on their email address by using names like hotbabes.com or meetwomen.com they will keep sending these to you i have filed reports with the BBB and FTC since they will not respond or stop sending this crap. after about 8 complaints to them they sent an email to me saying they will stop but as of today they continue three weeks later. any ideas are welcome.
charging my credit card
I kept getting email from girls so I decided to check it out they said the was a 3 day free trial and once I did that I could not log into there site so since then they have charged my crdit card $38 dollars fot the last 2 month and i cannot get on there site or anything cannot get a phone number or anything to stop this and get my money back
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Be warned that this website & it's associated websites are in fact rip offs. Once you have subscribed & become a member they can no longer be contacted. When you try to cancel your membership they ignore all attempts at contact, do not reply to emails and continue to take your money for memberships you no longer want. I strongly recommend that you do not sign up to this or any other related websites by this English website company.
Continuous spam messages from unknown senders with links that resolve to filthydatz or filthyteens.com There are no opt-out options on the messages or the site. ICAN violation I believe.
Annoying spam! cease and desist sent 3 times and ignored, a FCC violation. They actually responded once.. and for a whopping 2 weeks it stopped only to resume again. There's a new fed law which will eventually remove www privileges from the operator...FOREVER!
Unsolicited emails from [censored]s saying they found my profil and want to meet me. I am not registered on their profil.
I have the same problem, they took me 89, 00 € . Tomorow i, m going to my bank and i cancel my credit card.
I too was charged 39.77 for CCBILL.com. I called CCBILL and told them I had no idea who they were or what they were charging me for. They told me that they will cancel that transaction and all further transactions from filthydatez.com. I should receive a credit within 10 days. Before that call I called my credit card company and they said I should be able to resolve this with CCBill.com. If not they would charge back CCBill.com and denounce it as a fraud. In file, CCBill.com has my e-mail address that I use only to order for my online medications!
I agree with you 100%. I was mistaken, the amount was $39.77, not $37.99. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and would advise anyone else who has been taken by filthdatez fraudulently to do the same.
I too was charged 39.77 for CCBILL.com. I called CCBILL and told them I had no idea who they were or what they were charging me for. The man I talked to asked me for my credit card number, which I didn't want to give but I was going to cancel the card anyway. He looked it up and said it was for a subscription to filthydatez.com. I told him I never signed up for it and that the charge was fraudulent. He was very nice and told me he would cancel it immediately. He said because the charge was still pending, it would drop off after a couple of days, which it did. He also told me that CCBILL was a third party processor and that they had taken on filthydatez pretty recently. The weird thing was that just a couple of days before receiving this charge, I was reading reviews on it because of something that showed up on my mom's bank account. I never went to the filthydatez website and I still have no idea how they got hold of my credit card number. I do recall seeing spam email from filthydatez, but I never open them and I delete them right away. It's a scary world!
These thieves charged my credit card $37.99 . I didn't sign up for or agree to anything, never went to their website. Be careful, these are out and out criminals. Everyone, beware of these people, they will steal you blind. I also don't know how they got my credit card number. Next step is to contact law enforcement about these sleazebags.
Oh my god this just happened to me today! I thought someone hacked into my computer or got my credit card info somehow. I also have never heard of this site and never visited it! CCBill made some bogus excuse saying I signed up for some website membership, the website changed names or owners or something, then this new subscription got "created". Whatever! She sounded like she was reading from a training manual. They would not give me any info. I contacted my bank, they are investigating and I cancelled my debit card. This is really scary. How can this sort of thing happen? I never even received all those spam emails you all are talking about!

I received an email from a woman who "viewed my profile"...I HAVE NO PROFILE with this site! I'm not even a man!I'm a woman and have no interest in this site or this woman who has viewed my nonexistent profile...This site is vile and unsolicited by me...I have children and when I received the email, I opened the website...they could have seen ALOT when I opened the email to respond..luckily I was very quick to protect them from this...how in the world does this company have my email...or a profile? Most importantly, how do I keep this kind of material from being sent to me? Any suggestions would be helpful...
I never visited this site before, nor do I have a profile that all these women could be looking at. I'm not interested in this sight or anything it has to offer but don't find a way to turn it off or make it go away. I get 2 to 3 spams a day from this sight. I find it offensive and think there should be an unsubscribe of opt out.
Unsubscribed/Unwanted Emails
I've been getting fake messages from fake babes with various E-mail addresses like "allsweethookups.com." They go to Filthydatez.com, and if I send a reply with "REMOVE" in the subject line, i usually get a bounceback. What to do?
How did you stop it? They are ruining my BF and I relationship? I actually thought he was on their slut site...as a member...
Can't just block the address in email as it is constantly changing. These girls are just prostitutes selling their sex for cash even if you never get to touch it. Old profession yes, but at least with the live girls you really get something, here... no Shame on the site providers for not managing this better. If ya wanted to go there that's one thing but I hate getting this sort of unasked for thing.
How do you get rid of this FilthyDatez.com? They bombard me with their unwanted email saying they read my profile and suggesting to get together. I do not have any profile with them, am not interested and don't know how to stop this nonsense. There is no way how to contact that company. Obviously some company sold them my email. Does anyone has any idea how to stop this? It is very frustrating!
