Need to have a repair looked after. Fin-all a division of International Exteriors (Ont) ltd. installed alum. roof in 1989 with 50 year warranty. We have a leaks and also some of the shingles missing. Allen R. Wayne V.P. signed the contract and we paid $8000. for the job. Wanted to have the repair done or at the very least some matching product for the contractor who is currently installing sofits and fascia on our home. The phone rings several times and then a recording stating no-one is available at this time - please call back later. I have called numerous times and it is always the same message - there is no provision to leave a call-back.
paint peeling
The paint on my metal shingles is peeling off and the black is now becoming white. These shingles were guaranteed for 50 years and have been on only for about 15 years.
My Fin-All Roof is about 10 years old now. Over the past 4 years, the paint finish has slowly begun to peel away. What at first looked like bird poop, now looks like a hurricane has hit it and stripped the surface. It looks terrible, and this roof was supposed to last 50 years!
I have tried to find and contact this company to have my roofing replaced, but so far have had no luck finding anyone feeling the least bit responsible.
These people should be sued.

I have attached two photos. One from 2006 and one from February 2010. You can clearly see the difference in the paint finish.

Its crap - I had to coat my entire Interlock roof with a roof coating to stop leaks. Worst company out there!
