Frankie's Frankie Alexander

On July 18, 2012, we purchased a 2012 Corvette Convertible from Frankie's, for $25, 000.00. Within the first 36 hours, a major oil leak was discovered along with suspension, electrical, and computer problems costing us thousands of dollars within the the first two months. The General Manager Jerry Bussey, agreed to fix the engine oil leak if we closed our BBB Complaint. Jerry Bussey stated that Frankie's was founded on "Integrity" and "doing the right thing". After several trips back and forth from Jackson to Memphis, over 1500 miles logged, the engine still leaked oil. Owner Frankie Alexander had fired General Manager Jerry Bussey, and the Service Manager, and our original Salesman Robert Gray. On the last scheduled service appointment, Frankie Alexander, who has an apparent Napoleon Complex, refused to finish and complete the engine repair. All INTEGRITY went out the door with Jerry Bussey. Frankie Alexander is a rich man from ripping off the general public. His Sales Manager Tony Littoe was sent by Frankie to tell me they would not finish the engine repair. Tony Littoe a brown nose soldier for Frankie stated "what did you expect, the car is ten years old" "you had Jerry Bussey bent over because you filed a BBB Complaint, we dont care we get them all the time" BUYER BEWARE! FRANKIE'S DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU COME BACK WITH ANY PROBLEMS, THEY WILL SPIT IN YOUR FACE. FRANKIE ALEXANDER HAS NO MORALS, ETHICS OR PRINCIPALS OTHER THAN TO PAD HIS BANK ACCOUNT WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! FRANKIE, YOUR A ###!

Well sir, you are not a lawyer, which I have retained. The liability is from laying incompetent hands on the car!

I never said they took the car from me, they agreed to fix it and assumed responsibilty for the repairs. Their Agent/Representative agreed to repair the car, took physical control of the vehicle, and created a new engine leak by their actions. Then walked away from the repair before completion. If you signed up to do a job, do you stop work and tell your boss that you didn't feel like finishing the work?

Not exactly so, they decided to repair the car, and disassembled the car several times. By not completing the repairs their actions have not only created a new engine leak, but have also put the engine at risk for serious problems.

Not a leg to stand on im sure it was AS-IS. If you dont have something in writing aggred upon before you purchased how is it there responsiblity. Court will waste a bunch of your time and money more than the repair probly. You will lose a court case based on what i have read.

Frankie's Tony Littoe, Sales Manager

Buyer beware! We purchased a 2003 Corvette Convertible for $25, 000.00 from Frankie's on July 18, 2012. Within the first 36 hours, a major engine oil leak was discovered, along with suspension, electrical, and computer problems. The General Manager Jerry Bussey agreed to fix the oil leak if we closed our BBB Complaint. After several trips back and forth to Memphis from Jackson, TN. (Over 1500 miles logged) the engine was still leaking oil. On the last scheduled service for the problem, the Owner, Frankie Alexander had fired the General Manager, the Service Manager, and our original Salesman. Frankie Alexander then refused to complete and finish the engine repair. Frankie Alexander, who obviously has a Napoleon Complex ordered his Sales Manager Tony Littoe to tell me that he would not finish the car repair. Then to add fuel to the fire, Tony Littoe, with measured antagonism and malice stated "what did you expect, the car is ten years old" "I would not have turned wrench one on your car, you had Jerry Bussey bent over because you filed a BBB Complaint" "we don't care, people file them against us all the time". I'm sure they do Tony, I'm sure they do. SO BUYER BEWARE, MOST OF THE PREMIER CARS LIKE CORVETTES, MERCEDES, LEXUS, BMW'S PARKED IN THE FRONT ROWS OF FRANKIES, ARE 10 YEAR OLD CARS..."WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?" FROM A CAR THAT YOU SPEND $25K OR MORE ON FROM FRANKIE'S. Former General Manager Jerry Bussey told me that Frankie's was founded on "Integrity" and "doing the right thing" which all went out the door with him when he left Frankie's. Tony Littoe is a brown nose soldier who does whatever Frankie Alexander tells him to do, mostly his dirty work. Frankie Alexander is a nasty little (man?) who rips people off and justifies in his head that people are trying to rip him off. In addition to my car being a lemon, at the same time my car was for sale, Frankie's was selling a 2002 Z06 Yellow Corvette Coupe. That same car is in their Service Department getting a new engine build from Jasper Engines. They were asking the same price as mine. BUYER BEWARE, FRANKIE'S WILL RIP YOU OFF, AND SPIT IN YOUR FACE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU COME BACK WITH A PROBLEM. BUYER BEWARE!
