FRIENDLY MOTORS After sales

I bought a Zen Estilo from this seller, but even after 45days I have not received my papers. I am freqently following up with all the executives the only reply i get is
"WE WILL CALL YOU BACK"
for all these 45 days.

There sales team is doing very good. but they have gear up for better service.

I only hope I get the things right.

FRIENDLY MOTORS WORST POST SALES SERVICE

we recently got a car from friendly motors, MYSORE.
but in reality they have to change the name
after all it doesnt suit them u know!
what a horrible post sales service(oh by the way do they know the meaning of service i guess)

horrible horrible worst ever service
plesae for heaven's sake dont take a car from them

If i can ill sue them to courts
im that hot at their service.

i truly agree with you, we bought a celerio automatic car from them, first they promised they would provide sony speakers for the car after we bought they denied and later we fought with manager satish and got the speakers but unfortunately they cheated us by providing spoilt speaker that too nippon speakers one side is not working, and they did not fit it also and mahesh who is incharge of accessoreies is also horrible and argues with customers saying we have spoilt the speakers how can a layman spoils speakers, the whole team in friendly motors are bad mannered staff few who i can name so that people do not fall prey suhas, and manager kumaraswamy who will giv e deaf hear to ur complaints, and all staff are not avaialble after lunch time, they are organised and work against customers they harrass customers they are a bunch of cheats and lazy people who are least bothered about the customer complaints and i think the owner of friendly motors does he know what is happening ? every one in mysore is unhappy with them
