gamesaver fraud lawsuit
Our lawyers are investigating potential claims on behalf of worldwide consumers against Oberon Media ("Oberon" or the "Company") relating to the Company's GameSaver Subscription Internet Cy.
On November 30, 2009, a class action complaint was filed against the Company in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case No. CV 09-8764 JFW (AGRx). The complaint alleges that Oberon Media engaged in unfair, unlawful and fraudulent business practices with respect to the GameSaver Subscription by, among others, charging consumers for subscription that they did not order, charging unauthorized charges on their credit cards, double billing for games, and making it impossible to cancel the subscription without paying an illegal penalty.

Family Feud game
Last month I bought a game online. Family Feud. I gave my credit card number and am being charged $6.95 a month. I checked my bank account and the charge says charged to Gamesaver Subscription. I had the game all right, but someone updated my comupter and the game disappeared. I have been trying to get it back but cannot do so. I am still being charged, but have no game. Is there any way Family Feud can check my account number and name, etc. and restore a link to me so I can re-download it? Thank you.

I believe my 16 yr. old signed up for this using his dad's debit card #. His name is Jeffrey Lambert, and I believe his email address is lambo_jeff2939. I don't know his pw, so I cannot cancel this online. Our bank takes out $6.95 per month for this, and I am trying to stop payment. It should be illegal for a minor to use anyone's debit card. What can I do? I want to cancel.
I don't know how my debit card got charged $41.70 for something I don't know about or ever recall authorizing. I remember ordering a game or 2 from Oberon for $6.95 nothing else. What does this cover and who is it for?
Why can't I submit this complaint? You people are tricky and bad to the bone

I brought one game for a freind from ninemsn games, and now have a monthly fee coming out of my account every month. I did not authorise this and would like a refund and the end of the subscription, without a cancelation fee, as I never wanted to subscribe. This is unlawful and if it continues to happen, I will go to court.
Since subscribing to Gamesaver I have been paying every month for the benefit of downloading a game each month but have only been able to download the first one and that was it. I have not been unable to download any more games but my subscription has been taken out of my account for the last four months. I have therefore written to my Bank to cancel the Direct Debit.

These unauthorized charges started showing up in my bank acount since March, unable to reach them by phone. I have no idea who these people are and they have not responded to my e-mails. The law needs to address this internet fraud and put companies like this out of business.
I have been charged $48.65 by gamesaver subscription and I have no idea why. I have not ordered anything or authorized any payments. How do I stop this and get my money refunded?
I am being charged monthly for a subscription that I did not order. Can't contact the company. 100's of other complaints on the web.

unauthorized subscription fees
While reviewing my bank account I noticed some charges from a company called Gamesaver. It was for a subscription fee for $6.95 plus an additional ATM fee charge of $0.13. I went online to research what this was and I found that it is a service connected to Yahoo Games. They are actually part of Oberon-Media, a game development company. I also found...
