I absolutely agree, these people need to be stopped. As a former tenant who paid nearly 1200.00 dollars for a home that by state law should have been condemened. My bathroom floir was so weak an ate up with woid rot that my toilet an tub were sinking and leaning to the point that we were litteraly afraid to use it for fear of falling througj. After having ripped up my bathroom floor they through down a used piece of linoliem with barely enough adhesive to secure it snuggly to the floor and a squirt or two of caulking here an there around the tub an toilet to stop leaking which did't work. They nailed 2 2 by 4's to the still present wood rot underneath the house in a poor intent of reenforcing the toilet which again didn't work. My kitchen cabinets were sfalling through and reaked of growing mildew due to the constant water dripping. This issue was so eloquently fixed with plumbers pipe glue and duct tape. Yes DUCT TAPE. My dining room floor was so uneven my table leaned 20 degrees north and my wall and floors were so full of cracks that this was invisible to the naked eye without some kind of light shining through it. The electrical wiring was so screwed up even the electrician was worried about touching it. My central heat an air smelled of burnt wiring so much so that I feared using it for worry it would cause a fire within the walls. These people are such a joke an sorry excuse for professional realtors. The one positive comment so far on this site was obviously made by either someone who works for this sorry excuse of a realto company or was made up altogeather because I voluntarily moved and would have gladly appeared in court to confess with pictures in hand all my complaints in question. I would have glady stood up and declare the reasons I broke my lease an refused to pay the rent left owed, however i was never confronted with a court date probably because they new all the bad publicity wasn't helping them any. That and I have my tribal community would be backing me 100%. Therefore they decided to leave well enough alone. UNLESS YOUR BILL GATES WITH MILLIONS TO THROW AWAYDO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL DEFINATELY LIVE TO REGRET IT NOT TO MENTION LOOSING NO TELLING HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK! People take a stand and do something about this company that has numerous complaints ( well ovr 150) pending as well as an 'F' rating with the BBB. Call your local authorities, show up to court filings, take pics, videos an document all repairs needed. Keep copies of all pymts made and correspondence between you and them. Keep all reciepts. Do whatever it takes to bring this company down to its knees.Don't let them scamm an get rich off another hard working soul who didn't ask for this. Thats all they are doing is milking and stealing money from hard working individuals who are hopefully in finally getting an oppurtunity to own their own home and stealing their hard earned money and leading them to believe they're purchasing their family home. Although they didn't lie about one thing and that is all houses are 'AS IS' Kinda like a used car situation. Do a little tune-up, throw some mystery oil in to quite the motor add a little touch up paint and you just bought yourself the most expensive lemon you've ever seen. Well, same concept here! IF YOU WANT TO GET OUT ALIVE, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. RUN, RUN, RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SORRY MISERABLE COMPANY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. THE STREETS ARE SAFER THAN THEIR HOUSES. TRUST ME, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Was after 3pm the next day and the private invest. Came back and didn't do anything other than sit in the alley behind my house and stare at us.he did this 3 times that day. infound out from this man that they had already rented my house to another family. That house is in bad shape.no running water to one bathroom.cockroaches that I paid to fumigate against.than we found out it has bedbugs in the house itself.in dec for 2 weeks raw sewage was in my yard for lack of a plumber.the water heater is broke. Bad elec wireing in the house. They do charge over 300.00 a month inlate fess and that against the law. The BBB has given them an F. I now live at the shelter because I was missing to much work dealing with this companies harrassment. But its ok.my kids are safe from danger now.Attorney kim waite has taken my deposition and she said she is in court every week do to the way they treay people and break the laws. They are horrible people with no morales or respect for anyone. The director at the shelter said he. Is in court all the time against this company and he has had many families here because of them just kicking people out. I do know I will tell anyone who will listen..DON'T even consider a house from this company. And I will see them in court.what they ar3e doing is wrong and illegal and they need to be stopped. The lady who rented my house still is unable to move in and I'm sure they took her money so now 2 families are home . Sad they keep getting away with this!...

I have just had the worst experience w this company and I use that word loosely. I went on 8/8 and paid a partial payment only to be told 5 min later that I was in the process of being evicted. I still have not received any 5day notice(its 8/22). Instead of evicting me legally they harassed my daughter and my mentally disabled sister when they new I was at work.they were told DHS would take my son and niece if we weren't off the property by the next day. I didn't leave. Than they came back into the house and told my sis and daughter they would be back after 9pm that night w a truck to physically move us off the property.At 10:30 pm a private investigator came to my door.he had a gun so I called 911.they came and placed him in cuffs.he said he had the eviction and yet he didn't have it with him.he told the police he would bring it back the next morning.if it was

Me and my fiance was looking for a house that is rent to own. We ran across this organization and was considering to rent it. We went to one of the houses and the neighbors came and talked to us about this organization and how they scam people. This complaint made us change our mind. We will look elsewhere. Thank you.

Wow! This is why I love the Internet. It makes these kinds of scammers sooooo much easier to catch...where are the laws that protect us from them? I thank this person for taking the time and putting the word out but I hope you also notified the BBB (better business bureau) as well. Thanks!
