hairplusbase.com Too slow deliver and bad-quality hair extension

I ordered 24 inch brown clip hair extension from the website www.hairplusbase.com. The seller provided all confirmation info, but after 20 days I only got the order. But I paid extra money for the fast delivery. Also the quality was so poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

This just happened to me. I am so angry and I am asking for a refund and they dont want to do it and they even offered me sometihing on a side just so I spend more after I said that i hate it ! I am so pissed. If I wont get my money back I will call the cops ... Ughh -__-!

hairplusbase.com I haven't received any reply from the seller

I bought hairs from www.hairplusbase.com, and it was the worst thing that I ever received. Seller took large sum for the hairs, but the quality was the worst and it looked like crap. Also it was impossible to get any reply from this seller. I filled forms on the website and sent multiple emails, but I got nothing from them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

www.hairplusbase.com STAY AWAY ! They have put up a phone number on their website : [protected] . But noone replies. They have a Facebook account, but when you write them a message, they again never return! They have an Instagram account, again only photos. They have a mail address, ahaaa! send them [protected] mails, but they never reply! A GHOST COMPANY!

I got scammed by them. . I ordered hair an the same exact thing happened to me ... Hair quality ...can you even call this hair ? I got synthetic hair instead of human remy hair ... They don't want to refund even tho I haven't done anything to the hair . so I contacted PayPal . When I wanted to get a refund from the seller she offered me different resolution and said that if I make a video on YouTube saying its a good quality hair than she'll let me purchase another pack of same hair for 50% off ! Are you serious ?! I wouldn't even wipe my butt with this . Costumer service is nice wen you can to purchase but after that they're ###s . PayPal is taking care of this and they got an email from PayPal and instead of responding to PayPal they didn't they just messaged me saying a lie, that PayPal said to tell me that they'll only refund me money if I send the hair back ... So I called PayPal and that was a lie ... They're scammers . Plus if you want to return the ### hair you can't because they have a different returning adress just because they don't want people to return it ... On the website it says " hastle free returns and refunds " my ### ... Don't buy this crap. They owe me over $200 im so damn angry ! Thank god for paypal .

Hi, I also purchased from hairplusbase.com, theis customer service is good, at least to me, the quality is pretty good, I am so happy with the extensions received. I sent four emails when purchasing and received responses in about several hours. Maybe some misunderstanding? hope you have a good luck!
