Unauthorized payments
I ordered a moisturizing cream on line for $12 purchasing with my credit card. As soon as I put through my credit card number, something didn't feel right, so I rang the company and told them I wanted to cancel the order. They informed me they were only the packaging company and this could not be done so I decided to proceed. I received the product a few days later. Having just checked my credit card statement I have noticed 2 payments have been made to this company for a total of $180 without my authorisation.

I paid for what I haven't ordered
I ordered pro biotics products from the company HBS Health Deal. Everything was fine, but I received one bottle, which I didn’t order. It turned out that they sent me something and charged for it without my notice and authorization. I tried to cancel this subscription, but they didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I keep receiving packages from this company even though I have no record of any order to them. I have now been charged $19.95 to my credit card which i have spoken to my bank and voided the payment. I have no idea who this company is but have filed a fraud case with my bank. Thorrenna Lewis
HBS is not the only group to be aware of. There is another referred to as SBP Beauty that is also a slime ball outfit. They ship through GSCM Fulfillment company and when you try to contact them to cancel anything or get information all you get is a run around. Beware of any dealings with these culprits.
I ordered Retinol Cream and a Moisturizer from these people. I received a call confirming my order and attempting to upsell for other things. At this point I almost had to scream at the telemarketer to get her to let me say that I wanted nothing except what I asked for, not other products, no free or 30 days memberships, nothing. Just what I ordered. She said OK and hung up. Now I have an $85.00 charge for something I have NO cue what it is and did not order. I have attempted to call the number listed with the name on my card account and always get a machine saying that they office is closed and the mailbox is full...Going to keep trying, will explore my options and any complaints I can file with whomever you can fill with/
Hi
My Name is Nthabiseng, on the 29 August I was I saw an ad about the slimming pills and it caused 350.00 I tried to buy via online but they asked for my credit card and to my surprise they took 1625.62 whereas that one bottle I wanted they said it costs 350.00, I tried to call the bank to reverse the payment and filled in the forms which was sent by the bank, I was told it will take maybe 30 days and later that day I received a call from overseas and I told them that I am not interested anymore so I thought I would have received back my money by now but I haven't. Its been more than 30 days I have not received my money nor the product I was charged for.
I STARTED TO ORDER a jar of Retinol Cream from an add I saw for FREE JAR. When my credit card was ask for, I DID NOT GIVE IT, but back out of the application. Then a charge for $75.94 appeared on my account. I called the bank- not even knowing who the company was, as that was not what I saw in the add. They said they had to pay it-because it was presented. I cancelled my hard and put in a fraud complaint. It took a while, but I finally got my money back. I never gave them my card number, and somehow they got it fraudulently.
