I ordered a trail size of Hollywood Brite for the shopping and handling fee of $1.99. I called within the 14 day free trial and was given a cancellation number. When I received and overdraft from my bank, I panicked and immediately asked to see my current statement to date and lo and behold, Hollywood Brite had debited my account for $84.71/ Repeated calls to the number on the statement hangs up on you after two seconds. I finally reached a person in Nevada and was told after much arguing, to mail the product back to Georgia and when they receive it I will get a refund. (We'll see!) It totally pisses me off to be scammed this way!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

After purchasing a 1.99 trial tooth whitener, I was charged 84.71 the next month. They claim that I had to call to cancel after a 14day free trial. I'm sure everyone who accepts the sample gets duped by this advertiser. BEWARE!
I purchased Hollywood Brite sample for teeth whittening and paid $1.99 for the sample but I was really paying for the shipping only. I have tried to call this company and email them and cannot get a hold of anyone but they charged me $84.71 on my debt card for what they originally sent me. I also order a sample from Super Teeth White and that was the same thing but did get a hold of someone on the phone. They explained to me that the .99 cents that I paid for their product was jus the shipping and no refunds because paperwork sent with my sample explained after 14days if they do not hear from me they would charge me card. I explained to them that there was no paperwork in my box and nothing was in there explaining this. There is nothing they can do because no refunds are allowed. What a rip off, I am asuming that this is the same way but wish I could get a hold of someone to just give them a peice of my mind.
Don't order DazzleWhite or PremiumWhite either.
You may have to cancel your credit card cuz you're probably signed up for other stuff you don't want.
You have my sympathy as I, too, fell for this sort of thing (probably the same people).

There was another part to this trial size, which they said
was not available, where I lived, so cfould not successfully try the product without both. What is this?
There are many complaints about this company. After I realized they had charged my Credit Card for a product I thought I cancelled, I did go ahead and pay for the teethwhitening product on my credit card. Now, nearly a YEAR LATER, I get a call on my cell phone from a Collection Agency saying this teethwhitening company turned me over to them for non payment. I have clear documentation from my CC company that they were paid in full, but out of the 10 different phone numbers documented for Hollywood Brite, can NOT get hold of anybody to remove that Collection Agency. This is a huge mess, and with no live person to talk to from Hollywood brite, I don't know if I'll ever be able to get this collection agency off of my back, or worse hurt my credit report. They repeatedly change names, phone numbers to avoid customer concerns, and now this. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HOLLYWOOD BRIGHT COMPANY>>>THEY ARE ILLEGAL SCAM ARTISTS>
The same thing has happened to me, I paid once and cancelled my subscription immediately by calling them. I got their phone number via my cc bank. Can you tell me the steps that you took against it?

I'm having the same problem. I've E-Mailed Hollywood Brite, and the emails come back, I've called 10+ different numbers for them, over a year ago they gave me a cancellation number, and they still haven't returned my money! I am very mad at these people!
